gamble usually will lead most people to lose as that is how the games are designed. Otherwise how is the casino able to profit. i have to agree that investing in btc is also a form of gambling in itself cause it can drop to really worth nothing in the future but it also can worth lot of money too.

the odd are already adjusted in such a way that you are in a disadvantage also. it is easier to win from sport but you need like a 70% of winrate in order to profit. If you aim to bet on odd with 2 or higher, the chance to win is dramatically reduce. Most bet that is likely to win are usually 1.2 to 1.5 only.

Yap if in sports its really managable to control your bet if you know your team, skills attributes and how they come up with there strategies. Let's face it, if we cant understand we just let it be. I too am betting on sports even if its my favourite team but if there some player is down i really look into details of the stats of other members then start to bet. And not just telling my mind they can win it or something like that.

And put into mind that in gambling its not always 100% of the prediction happens. Know the limits.

but usually people dont know when to stop. Cause when you are in luck, you should be trying to max your luck. The sad thing is you dont know when your luck end and it takes a handful of loss to determine that. So by then when you realise it, you are already almost return them the profit or may even be in the red.

Everyone looses in the long run? Yeah, right, but isn't that the case with everything? I know some people should stop gambling because they are really addicted and it's a medical condition, but if you are not addicted and just gambling for fun from time to time I think you shouldn't poison your experience with thoughts like that.
