I don't think that all things eventually lose from gambling, if to take into account gambling as a business, the business of entertainment, where there are movies, bars, discos and so on , then for the purposes of entertainment and leisure active where very fun and easy effect, and that individually perceive gambling from this complex is impossible, and that likely losses associated with such things as passion or fanaticism that caused such damage to him and I think what the total losses and winnings in games of chance equally and that having such a slippery structure and even the slightest fluctuations of a person in one direction or another is fraught with extremes, until the reset condition, but that, as an entertainment complex that give people (the majority) to relax from more other life cases, and gambling have the right to be where a person begins to search and that the form is not the acquisition of illegal nature, it is necessary, where there is a demand, legalize, or prohibit finally, and not to eternal disputes about the nature of gambling; and in the end gambling is everywhere and depend on factors such as the openness of society and overall wealth and that in the end man is a consumer, who need a place to look for consumer form to be implemented, otherwise, why create the illusion of prosperity

The trouble is you think you have time.

I think this depends on how frequently you gamble and how much money/btc you use per time.
If you keep yourself in moderation and you keep note of how much you win and lose, you might win more than you're losing.

I think it's depend. if you gambling on dice sites or gambling sites who have provably fair, i'm sure you will lose in the long run. but if sportsbook i don't think you will lose in the long run.

I think in all gambling it is same, in the long run people will mostly lose money because they can't guess each and every match accurately unless you bet only once in awhile on very sure matches. So it is not a good idea to gamble every day instead gamble few days once to reduce to loses.

But isn't the goal of gambling is to have fun? Unless you're a pro and really experienced you really shouldn't build a career on this.

Yes everyone will lose money at the end, only some people have the luck to win a big amount that the lost will disappear. The problem is only some people have that luck the most lose a lot of gambling and never win it back.

Yeah, every one looses in the end in gambling, no matter how big you invested in it or win in it, the sad truth is you lose a lot before winning.. loss in money and time..fun and excitement are your only win in gambling.  Smiley

Yes, only those who stop their gambling just after the profits may win in gambling. Others who just continue their gambling even after profits to make more profits may end up in losses including their bankroll too.

Yeah, people who knows when to play and when to exit the game can be profitable in the gambling. But if they continue to play the game even after winning some decent money then at the end they will loose the money.

In theory there are some very lucky persons that really just hit the jackpot after playing 5 or 6 times. The math is against them but they win it big, so technically you can beat the house if that's what many of you are saying. But the discussion here is not about luck, is about how if you play trying to get a profit every week, you will eventually lose it all, even if one week you get lucky. So just play for fun and you'll be ok, don't be greedy or try to gamble like it is some sort of job.

Its true that everyone loses in long run.
But I know some wise gamblers, in real life.
And in online. That they really are making money
on gambling. Well , those people have a very strict discipline.
And everytime they won. They cash it out and buy something for it.
Well As i have said. its very few. and I must admit that its not really enough for a living.
But generally almost all gamblers, just always lose at the end.

I think everyone can play gambling even with that small luck every one can lose a lot even if the odds are with him or mr luck is on his side because not all the time is christmas right? That means there are times that people without luck end up lucky in another day he or she gamble!

I dont think so because every gambling game sure need some luck to play on it. Without luck you can't even win it. Most of people lose because they dont have any luck and some of them even greedy so they lose most of their balance, if you can control your mind without being greedy I think you would have enough profit

The biggest problem of all gambler is not the amount of money you won, but it is when you need to stop. If you do not stop gambling even though you have won a lot, it is like you are giving the money back to the casino.

That is very true, if any one addicted to gambling for the winning and losing both will be a problem and they really don't know when to stop. That's why most of the gambling houses are very rich because they know they will the end winner in this casino business.

I'm agree too with that statement. Everyone loses in the long run, but i think it's only effect on casino that have provably fair. like dice sites, blackjack and etc. for sportsbook i think long run is fine in the long run.

You loose in every type of gambling in long run, doesn't matter whether its sportsbook, dice or blackjack and whatever. I wish there was a game where user's ability was tested, rather than just luck.

There is a game where skill is tested, poker!  Not only that, but what people don't realize is that whenever they pay their insurance premiums, they're gambling!  It's playing the odds....premiums are based on odds such as life expectancy, age/collision ratios, 100 year floods....etc.  One just has to know what they're doing....understanding is the key to life and life is a gamble.  One shouldn't gamble if they don't understand what they're doing....don't take gambles unless the price is right and the expected outcome is in one's favor....that simple.

EDIT:  There is always a winner! Whether it be the house, the bookie, or the insurance company....depends on whose favor the odds are on....there's always a winner!  The trick is to choose which side one's on wisely!

People who gamble on a regular basis do lose in the long run.
There's no way you're going to win more than that you are losing

I agree, unless its you know a game requiring some form of skill like poker, not you know.. Jamming that slow machine as fast as you can.
