I don't know if this conversation goes here or fits more in the Politics&Society board. You both are describing two of the most popular ideologies in the last centuries: liberalism when Luizwalter Crypt says that everything you need is within you (individualism) vs socialism when knowngunman answers that sometime you must try out what others are doing (gregariousness).

Reality is more complex like that and, paradoxically, both are right and still wrong. There is no perfect formula, not yet at least.

I agree with you. Understanding our strengths and weaknesses is crucial to tailoring our business for success. While we might operate in a similar space as others, leveraging our unique strengths and addressing our weaknesses will allow us to differentiate ourselves and offer greater value. This approach will ultimately lead to a unique business proposition that sets us apart from the competition.



Your statement reminds me of the "Red Car Theory." This theory encourages us to look beyond the obvious, question the status quo, and seek opportunities in unexpected places. It's like driving down the street and noticing a red car. Suddenly, you start seeing red cars everywhere. But, the number of red cars hasn't actually increased; your focus has simply shifted.

This theory resonates with me because it highlights how our mindset and perspective shape what we see. Opportunities are always around us, but our ability to identify them depends on how we choose to frame things. So, I completely agree that we need to refine our mindset and perspective to start actively searching for opportunities around us.

well, that might be a true statement, that what we need to develop right now is ourselves. Many people argue that they wait for something before doing something. However, if we really want to do something, we don't have to wait for it. We can try to start working, and collect money to buy the tools we need. It's better than having to wait for someone, or anything else.
Starting from what is there is very important. Many people have enthusiasm but they keep delaying, and in the end they lose that enthusiasm. So, what we need to achieve our dreams is ourselves. We can start making that happen by starting with the thing closest to our target first.

Exploring our potential and recognizing suitability from the point of view of where we are going to start, when we can achieve this, it will be much easier to develop financial freedom through the skills and opportunities available. We have many things within us but people are unable to explore them because they try to be comfortable in a risk-free zone so that opportunities for success are never explored.

That's greedy because they tried to build another business but the initial business was closed, even though they didn't need to do that because at first the business looked small but as time went by they were able to develop it into something bigger. Our concept of life must be to know ourselves, our skills and suitability for the business we want to build, following other people's trends does not guarantee success because it could be that we don't have the skills there and on the contrary we will incur losses.

Businesses must be built slowly for people who are not yet mature because we need to go through a long process to become more successful. This is different from people who are already successful because even if they open a business in another sector, it will not affect their finances on the development of their basic business, so their first, second or third business will not be disrupted.

These appear as mere hollow words. I think the reality is more nuanced than this. It might not be as simple as this. This is like a line coming from an inspirational speaker or author, or from a psychologist or counselor doing some pep talk. The reality, however, is that there isn't a single formula.

Aren't you contradicting yourself by starting with an advice that "everything you need is within you" but ended up advising to "just look around, the solutions to your problems are just lying by the corner"?

Honestly, I sort of believe in this for a lot of the world population. However, we also need to remember that there are places in the world where there isn't even clean water let alone having the possibility to do something within yourself. So while I do agree that someone who is poor in a very rich European nation could figure something out to make more money and they have the tools and the location for it, we also need to remember some poor kid in Africa that lives in a tribal place where there is just one clean water well may not have what it takes to recover. We need to do a lot better for those people as well, need to help them out and this is a global effort for sure.

Doing the same activities as people who are already successful is still possible because at least we follow some positive things that could be an added value for yourself. 

But in this case we also need to see some things that may not be in accordance with the style we have and with the plans we will build . We don't have to be someone else and follow the way others do to become a successful person because everyone has their own plan and of course we must realize that even though some of those who are successful are building from zero and sometimes come from underprivileged families but on average those who are successful or big motivators have privileges and not a few come from families whose economic level is higher so they are easier to achieve success than their followers who sometimes come from castes whose economy is a little difficult.

Speaking about business doesnt only have to focus on whether it has been done for a long time or has just started because in the end we have to look at several factors that are indeed whether it will be profitable or not if it continue .
Even if the business has been done for a long time but the progress and prospects are weak then why continue and it is better to look for new, fresher business options.

Everyone has their own spotlight, this is the phrase that I always hold on to. It means that even now you are not successful like others, or for example, the colleagues you have in university or in your work are already successful or having a luxurious life. Don't be envious of them because I believe that all people have their own time where the spotlight will be pointed on them. Instead, take that as an inspiration to do even better in life. It should be a reminder that you shouldn't quit and keep moving forward if you want to make yourself successful or have a luxurious life like anybody else.

That's the one that drives me to keep working hard and at the same time doing investments in order to have more opportunities so that one day I can become more financially independent and also have the life I dream of. I don't dream of a very luxurious life, just a life where I can buy the things I need and want at any time.

well you're right, most of what we know comes from different people's views especially when we were studying, everything stated in the books we read came from the ideas of other people before they become successful, so we have to accept that not everything comes from us.

I agree with you to some extent that one has every thing it takes to be successful but why do we keep getting this statement from people who are not yet successful? yeah because it's easier said than do. some person who could be advising you may not make use of his own words of wisdom, I'm not specifically talking about you OP but a general notion around the globe.

One thing I know for sure is that, one needs to have one thing which he or she knows how to do  very, every one has a role to play in life and when it's your role play it very well. in regards to this if you got a skill then what is left is to maximize your give, use it to make money how ever way you can.

In respect to what you said about crossing ones lane, yeah we shouldn't be looking at another person's success story and hence force ourselves to be successful in that same way, there is this popular quote that saids " if 1+9 = 10 and 5+5 =10, 8+2=10 etc then you should find your own solution, we all must not go with 5+5 but we'll still land at the same answer. further more focus is what must people lack instead of share 20% of your attention to 5 different things why not use a 100% focus on one and you will run faster and achieve your life goals.

Well it's all in ones court to play the ball, if you win the whole team wins but if you loss then only you loss.

Your inspiration is from ASA's song "360 degrees", this exact line made me remember the whole song because it is the same.

Everybody has specific things that they're good at and that when they do them, they will make money from them, it is our duty to try and find these things because if you try and imitate another person's business or own, you may just be struggling and may never experience the same kind of success that that person is experiencing engaging in that business. find your own.  Any business that will work well for you will usually be around your passion.

There’s always a lot to discover deep within us. We just have to let out all of these inner resources and potentials and eventually utilize them for our own benefits. And as much as possible, we should come out also from our  own shell because there’s actually a lot of good things waiting for us outside of our own selves. Patience and determination are the keys. If you want to be successful, make use of your own potentials and navigate them based on your purpose and your goals, at the end of the day you will realize that the best things in life are seen coming from within, and you don’t have to find it from other persons or individuals.

You've phrased it in a bit of an unusual way, people generally don't close successful businesses - they'd end up selling them off and may choose to pursue a different line of business instead which may turn out to be a poor swap. It sounds a bit like "the grass is always greener on the other side" and people chasing a dream that might not be true. However some people quite simply get burned out and bored after doing one thing for a long enough time, so even if they ended up losing on a new venture, the break in monotony might be better for their health in one way. People who have built really successful businesses can ultimately choose to hand over the management to members of staff instead, another hole in the logic you've put forward.

Yes but when I mean all is within it includes the books and ideas. If I should mean one doesn't need the other to succeed then am not telling the truth. We learn everyday and is from other people's Ideas/errors. No man is an iland.

Those businessmen that are taking a leap of faith with their new ventures are the brave ones. They don't mind if they're going to step into a new doorstep with what they're about to do. While there's the meaning about having everything within us, you have to look at the other perspective if this is about making money and making a business. When you startup a business, it's not all about you but everything about the people that you're targeting as your customers and the ones that you're going to render your service. The solution that you're going to provide for them is what they're looking at to.

Those kind of people are crazy. I don't mind if it's about gambling and even trading. But establishing a business and will have to lie on the belief of being lucky to make it successful, they're crazy to the highest level. They have to understand that setting up something to reach their goals and become successful takes blood and sweat, a lot of time, money, effort, etc. That's all they have to know and see if they will have to do whatever it takes for them to become successful.

But most atimes what we have can make us what we want if only we can think big and make it larger but rather we feel we can't survive with them and we abandon them in search for the ones with greater values though they pays at times but what if they fail? But the one you already know the in and out would hardly fail.

We all have a reservoir of untapped potential & resources within us. Everything we need to navigate lifes challenges & find fulfilment is already present within us. Our strengths, talents, wisdom & resilience are waiting to be discovered & harnessed. By tapping into our inner resources & trusting in ourselves we can overcome obstacles, achieve our goals & create a meaningful life. With self reflection, self belief & self care we can unlock the power within & realise that we are truly capable of achieving greatness.

Some people actually believe that success is a function of luck, this is why we see a lot of people who go about doing what they see other successful people doing, hoping they get lucky and become as successful as the other successful person, it is just like in gambling where if you find a gambler play a particular game and won big, you immediately feel the impulse to play exactly that same game hoping to get lucky and win big just like the other gambler won.

Unfortunately, success is actually not a function of luck, but a result that comes from deliberate act, hard and smart work and so on, not anyone who wishes to be successful becomes successful, only those who wish it and work hard to achieve it becomes successful.

We are in crypto right now, some believe that those who are successful In crypto are lucky, but in real sense, it's not so, for deliberate action, taking risk and so on, is how most become successful in crypto, it's just like it's commonly said "take the risk and join the millionaires, or continue to play it safe and die trying".

What do you really want to say? Is this motivation? In my opinion, doing business is not as easy as what the motivators say. I think if you have a business idea, you can mention it starting from planning, possible profits and losses, target market, capital required, ROI, marketing strategy, risk management, employee management, etc.

I will read it with pleasure if you are willing to share your brilliant ideas. But if it's just "verything you need is within you", that's the most absurd sentence I found today and it means nothing to me

Why do I feel that you are trying to talk about the law of scarcity and demand, which says that when the desirables are not available,then you have to make what is available the desirable. Sometimes we might actually have big dreams to archive a particular goal, but at that moment, things we needed in order to archive such a goal may not be available. In such a case, the person might be left with things that he or she never really had plans for; it may just seem like a temporary aid at that moment. It's not a permanent solution for that person. 

@OP, it's not always the case that everything we need is always available. Due to the high population, high demand, and some other facts, we don't usually get everything we need at all times. Sometimes too, what you need may be available for you to get, but you may not really have the finance at that moment to even get it. Success doesn't just come very easily. 

Success comes after so many trials and failures. As a fact, there is no one who will tell their success story without talking a little or a lot about how they also experienced failures and difficulties at some point. There are some challenges you may even face in your business, and you can feel that you are doing the wrong thing, but if you get consistent and learn from your hard times, it will make you strong enough to achieve success. 

If everything people needed was actually available for them the way they planned it in their hearts, then there would have been so many more successful people than we already had.
