miner --server btczpool.com --port 3032 --user xxxxxxxx.Nvidia01 --pass x --pec

Where xxxxx is my wallet hash. I add a pause on .bat file and I have got the error:

+-------------------------------------------------+
|         EWBF's Zcash CUDA miner. 0.3.4b         |
+-------------------------------------------------+
INFO: Current pool: btczpool.com:3032
INFO: Selected pools: 1

INFO: Api: Disabled
---------------------------------------------------
INFO: Target: 00a0000000000000...
INFO: Detected new work: df1f
ERROR: Stratum authorization error

something related with my wallet, because I tried to perform the same command using a wallet of a friend and it worked fine on my PC.
Looks like wallet issue to me.

Is there something I forgot to do? Or something I can try?

I read something about workder, how do I setup a worker (if I have to do it)?

You would need an account for that,
Do you have a page you can log into
or a stat page?

Thank you guys.

Hi guys,

I'm mining with KFA2 GTX1080 2050 core 4400 mem on windows10 x64. After some prolonged mining session my hashrate drops from 600 to 520. I checked the afterburner and saw that card is running at 1650 core (which is the default core clock) and utilizing only 45% or 50% TDP. Profile switching under afterburner doesn't responds it just mines at 50% TDP utilization. Also checked GPU-Z and there is no throttlling in regards of VRel, Temp etc. Memory works as intended at 4400 and sliding memory bar responds but core is stuck and gives no fuck about anything. Restarting miner doesn't helps only restarting pc. Anyone got any idea? Is it related to nvidia drivers or some malfunction with my gpu? Thanks.

I have similar problem, for me it helps to trigger (probably) 3D accelleration mode on card, I'm doing it just by running Chrome (even with its default page). Then my card speed up core frequency again and also apply my additional overclocking. Without it, it running around 1600 MHz and only Mem gets overclocked.

Hi guys,

I am new on mining criptocurrencies. I am starting with BTCZ and I want to start it using the EWBF's CUDA for Nvidia. I have a GTX 770 and I would like to try it out. Following the getting started (https://btczpool.com/getting_started) page of BTCZ, I have downloaded the miner (EWBF Miner for NVIDIA GPUs (Equihash Version) (Version 0.3.4b - last version) and configured a .bat file pointing to my wallet hash that I have generated using ZenCash (for BTCZ). It looks fine and I have my keys. I am trying to start miner using the following command:

miner --server btczpool.com --port 3032 --user xxxxxxxx.Nvidia01 --pass x --pec

Where xxxxx is my wallet hash. I add a pause on .bat file and I have got the error:

+-------------------------------------------------+
|         EWBF's Zcash CUDA miner. 0.3.4b         |

I do not know what to do, I research in some forums like this one but no solution. I do not know if I have to provide something related with my wallet, because I tried to perform the same command using a wallet of a friend and it worked fine on my PC.

Is there something I forgot to do? Or something I can try?

I read something about workder, how do I setup a worker (if I have to do it)?

I downloaded 0.3.4b and setup a mining pool and created a worker. When i make zero changes and just open a pool (be it suprnova, miningpoolhub, whatever) it works and starts mining. But when i change nothing at all but add my workers user and pass the cmd window shuts down the second it opens.

Any advice? Thank you.

add pause at the end of the bat file => that will allow you to see the error. Most likely incorrect syntax of the bat results in failure to authenticate you on the server. Post your bat here and the error you get

Miningspeed made an automatic bat maker for EWBF.

Is asks you for a few simple questions:
You fill in the Coin you want to mine, the region your in, and the batch wil automatically make
a second bat to launch it with 1 click afterwarths!

No hassle with trying to setup things!

Miners will mine straight to https://pool.miningspeed.com , wich has 0.4% fee

Im using EWBF 0.34b for quiet a while now. Everything seems to be oke but sometimes the API crashes. I have bound the API to a public port so i can see the stats. Normally when i access the API url the stats are shown but  sometimes when i try to access to URL the page is offline. Once this happens i can only see my stats if i restart the mining script which i prefer not to do. Does anyone else has this experience?

Also, what was the final word on the dev fee for this miner? Does setting a manual value like 0.1 set it lower to the otherwise default value?

It seems to work on the LINUX version - I only have one Windows machine using EBWF and haven't bothered taking the time to check on a single-card gaming rig....

what about and update to the miner Huh for cuda 9.0 Huh

How many card models support CUDA 9.0 to date?

Also have to wonder if it would offer any significant performance increase, IF at all - sometimes a "CUDA" compute upgrade is about adding FEATURES not better efficiency.

It does give performance boost for CCMiner so maybe it will here

Can't we use CCMiner for Zclassic mining ?

Where can I get a complete list of the parameters available for the EWBF miner?

Doesn't your pool support ZEC itself?

Actually, I forgot which thread I was in, and should have mentioned DSTM and "this one" instead of mentioning EBWF twice (once by name, once as "this one").

The Titan V tensor cores are Floating Point - dunno if they can be used at all for Integer type work like ALL CRYPTOCOIN MINING uses.
They also are optimized and designed to do "matrix math" - which has NOTHING to do with the straight adds/rotates/move the date work used in Cryptocoin mining.

nheqminer hasn't been updated for a long time - it's not a good basis for comparison any more.
The current miners to compare are EBWF, this one, and that new BMiner thing for Windows.
I forget if Zawata's new miner works on equihash at all, if so might want to include it in the list.

You forget to mention DSTM ZecMiner... on some cards it is faster, than EWBF, especially on 1060 and it still has active development. I never heard of BMiner though, I have to check that.
