what needs to get explained on an withdrawal ?
if you would "need" to explain me anything on it there must be anything fishy.

They blocked me in telegram and discord because I wrote about my problem,because I wrote that support does not respond to my ticket,because I have not received a withdrawal of coins for more than 10 days.What is the right artmarkets? I have problems withdrawing BTC. I haven't been able to withdraw my coins for a long time. Support doesn't reply to my ticket. I haven't been able to withdraw my BTC from the exchange for 12 days. Please bring beancash wallet online. If you are using the 32 bit version (x86), it requires a bitbean.conf file with nodes. If you need nodes, I can post some.

A public forum is not a place for support or response to accounts. Most likely, a flagged withdraw. Follow up on your ticket for an update.
