So someone has to buy our bounty stakes by bidding and we can sell for the highest bidder.? Is that what you are talking about.?
Yes, it works like any other exchange: buyers (investors) and sellers (hunters) may bargain on price in the order book.
Note: hunters could be investors too, as well as investors could be hunters - it does not matter who is behind the BIDs or ASKs.
How are you sure that bounty will be paid.? because lots of bounties are unpaid for months and how will you assure that the buyer will pay.?

This is a good project that will benefit bounty hunters. Correct me if I'm wrong,
(1) bounty hunters received their tokens but its not yet in an exchange
(2) open a agreement with you
(3) then deposit in you exchange?
(4) hunters trade their TOKPIE to ETH?
Who gets the benefits lets say the tokens you got my bounties went on the moon?

OK thanks for the clarifications, it makes sense to me. I guess this is what bounty hunters are really looking at. Instead of waiting for their tokens to be registered before they can actually cash it out, this practice is going to be a win-win situation. They can easily exchange it for ETH and the project won't have the epic dumps from bounty hunters.

I looked at the project itself and I did not particularly like it, besides, I do not have confidence in the Russian ICO, since quite a few of them are another scam.
