Hey everyone! Participate in the bounty and get ETHER (eth) for stakes you're earning on Facebook, Twitter, Moderation and Signature campaigns:
Know more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5039136.new#new

I think this is the new strategy used by recent bounty campaigns because it is believed that tokens get dumped by bounty participants and they think it will be better if they are paid in ethereum to reduce dumping of the tokens but they should be mindful that not only bounty participants dump tokens.

Advantages for ICO obtained from Bounty Stake Trading service provided by TOKPIE are as following:

* Boost Token Sale
Token Sale will be promoted better because many new hunters will join the campaign attracted by the possibility of selling bounty stakes for ETH on TOKPIE exchange;

* Grow Community
TOKPIE provides mutual social media announcements and airdrops to attract additional investors and grow your community;

* Additional PR
TOKPIE provides real-time bounty stakes price charts to motivate investors to buy tokens;

* Token Listing
TOKPIE exchange may list your token (altcoin) automatically after tokens distribution by converting stakes to tokens. Moreover, the huge growth of the number of bounty hunters, caused by Bounty Stake Trading, allows a start-up getting an enormous amount of token-holders, that in turn make its token much more demanded by any exchange in the future.

Is this any different to the people who offer to buy peoples stakes in advance for a certain amount of ETH, basically they're gambling on the coins hitting a certain price once they start trading out of ICO?

Could you please rephrase your question? I cannot understand you.

Maybe this reply will satisfy you:

There is a big difference between buying on ICO and buying stakes of the same ICO while its bounty is going.

When you buy stakes you are getting more risks because:
(1) stakes number can increase dramatically at the end of Bounty so the stakes will be converted to the lower amount of Tokens
(2) ICO may not reach soft cap, so stakeholders will not receive anything while traditional token buyers will get their funds back.

To compensate these risks stakes' buyers try to purchase stakes for the low low prices.

The concept of the project is really nice, because i prefer that bounty projects pay in Ether rather than using their project tokens as rewards and have boutny hunters dump the price when it gets to exchange

Yes, exactly!
Because those hunters, who want to get cash (ether) as soon as possible, are selling their stakes during Bounty Stake Trading phase it allows to avoid a price dump that these hunters would make by selling tokens after a token goes to Exchange.

Even though I'm yet to try it out by way of a registration, but I think this is a good development especially for bounty hunters. But I also want to ask, is this limited to only projects on your platform that the bounty hunter subscribes to?

Thanks!

There are TWO basic approaches to deposit bounty stakes for trading on TOKPIE exchange:

FIRST (working now!)
We contract with a project that satisfies our reliability requirements and running a bounty.
After that, any hunter participating in that bounty could deposit up to 50% of his stakes to TOKPIE and trade them.
A user will have to prove that he is a person (eligible hunter) by performing authentification procedure on TOKPIE side and claim the number of stakes he is willing to deposit.

SECOND (will be working in 2 months)
Any hunter could deposit bounty stakes of any reliable project after he places in hold a TKP collateral.
TKP is ERC-20 utility token issued by TOKPIE and traded here.
When hunter deposits tokens related to the bounty stakes he had deposited previously, TOKPIE releases collateral.
The size of the collateral and special requirements to a hunter (like good trust history or/and Full Member and upper level) will be announced later.

The First approach is already working, the second one will be applied in approximately 2 months.

Hey everyone! Participate in the bounty and get ETHER (eth) for stakes you're earning on Facebook, Twitter, Moderation and Signature campaigns:
I browse that particular platform but i did not see that they are paying directly in eth. Maybe you will be paid in tokens then you sell it for ether, that is my understanding on their platform. I could be wrong on this, please clarify.

You're wrong or browsed another platform.

Register here: https://tokpie.com/regis/ (only email is required) to see the related order books where stakes can be sold for ETH.

Fund = the tokens that will be distributed so I misunderstood it since most of the bounties has their own fund holder/escrow to secure the bounty allotment once the bounty's done.

I don't have a twitter account and I don't really join bounty. I'm just clearing if there's an escrow for that bounty, anyway the stakes will be distributed weekly to the tokpie accounts of participants?

FIRST
Kamagames has escrow who collects all funds derived from the token sale until all contributors get their tokens.
I simplify by saying that KamaGames is a real-business company with $57M in revenue that was founded in 2010, have dozens of apps on apple store, google play and other stores - so this is not a startup, but profitably working business. TOKPIE would not list stakes of any scam project having only dreams described in WP.

Here is the KamaGames Bounty Campaign Token Distribution:
25% or 62500 KGT — Twitter campaign
25% or 62500 KGT — Bitcointalk signature
15% or 37500 KGT — Facebook campaign
5% or 12500 KGT — Moderation (chat activity in BitcoinTalk)

TOTAL: 175 000 KGT

TOKPIE contracted with Kamagames https://medium.com/@kamagames/tokpie-appointed-by-kamagames-to-boost-the-kgt-bounty-campaign-800d051c6a95
to distribute up to 50% of them, that's 87 500 KGT. Based on this contract TOKPIE offers bounty stake trading to both: hunters and early investors.

SECOND
Stakes for Twitter are distributed every 4-5 hours automatically. Only stakes for Moderation and Signature campaigns are distributed on a weekly basis (here you're right)

I read the thread and there's no spreadsheet.

Where's the spreadsheet? it's on the bountyguru? I don't join bounties but I'm aware of what are the essentials. I see this the bounty of Kamagames. Who's holding the fund?

Yes, you will see the number of participants and number of stakes they had earned here: https://my.bountyguru.com/campaign/220
It takes 30 sec to register in my.bountyguru to see that information.

What fund are you talking about?
The stakes are bought by buyers on TOKPIE exchange.
Register here: https://tokpie.com/regis/ (only email is required) to see the related order books with BIDs, ASKs, last matched price and price charts:

    * KGT_Stake_Twitter_25% / ETH
    * KGT_Stake_Facebook_15% / ETH
    * KGT_Stake_Bitcointalk signature_25% / ETH
    * KGT_Stake_ANN Moderation_5% / ETH

By the way, you can spend 15 min and just try how it works
For example, if you have a twitter account then join the Twitter campaign.
Earn 2 stakes, then sell 1 stake on TOKPIE exchange and get your Ether.

This is a good project that will benefit bounty hunters. Correct me if I'm wrong,
(1) bounty hunters received their tokens but its not yet in an exchange
(2) open a agreement with you
(3) then deposit in you exchange?
(4) hunters trade their TOKPIE to ETH?

Who gets the benefits lets say the tokens you got my bounties went on the moon?

You are wrong. Let me show you how it works for every side:
- Bounty hunter (seller of the stakes)
- Early investor (buyer of the stakes)
- ICO project (the project who had contracted TOKPIE to boost its bounty)

Note: bounty hunters and investors can sell or buy or hold stakes until the day of conversion stakes-to-tokens (usually its the last day of bounty campaign)

 Bounty hunter
(1) Hunter performs bounty tasks and earns stakes. It's common practice for most of bounty campaigns.
(2) Hunter 'opens agreement' or actually, just registers on TOKPIE exchange
(3) Hunter deposits some stakes he had earned to his balance on TOKPIE.
(4) Hunter sells the stakes he deposited to early investors for ETH.

Early investor
(1) Investor wants to get tokens of the project (TOKPIE's client - Kamagames in that case) with a great discount!
(2) Investor registers on Tokpie exchange
(3) Investor deposit ETH to his balance on TOKPIE.
(4) Investor buys the project's stakes for ETH with a great discount from hunters
     in order to get the project's tokens on the day of conversion stakes-to-tokens

NOTE: the conversion rate will be known only at the end of bounty, so this fact is a risk for the stake buyers, this is why investor asks a big discount for stakes.

ICO project
(1) Benefits by attracting more hunters and investors to its token sale not paying a cent.

Hey everyone! Participate in the bounty and get ETHER (eth) for stakes

Unless you can explain a little bit more about the business model of this, I would have to consider it quite fishy. The point in which it says that the number of participants is unlimited raises al my bright red alerts.

I understand your concern about the unlimited number of participants. The explanation is simple. Look at the bounty campaign we are promoting: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/kamagames-bounty-4886344 Its Twitter, FB, Moderation, and Signature campaigns have no limits on the number of hunters.
So they can earn as many stakes as they could. Then trade them on Tokpie platform. The price for stakes is actionable so it depends on supply and demand.

In general, the Bounty Stake Trading model can be explained by this infographic:
