Most of the exchanges these days require you to fulfill KYC for higher amount of withdrawals. Though there are some exchanges which allow a certain limit of withdrawals which doesn't require any KYC.
You will need to use P2P exchanges like Localbitcoins and follow up on your trades. The amount you hold is quite big hence you will not be able to withdraw it all at once. It will take some time to withdraw the whole amount little by little.

There's a fastest way kid to covert your coin to bitcoin without using exchange .  Only here in forum is enough  wherein just provide escrow and look for someone who wants to buy your coin maybe it will work . since using escrow here on this forum is very trustworthy and reliable. Or give it to your parents and let them handle it since you don't have id for kyc maybe a faster way as well.

hi all im trying to find a way to convert around 7000 dash into btc i brought the dash a few years back when they was around 2usd each ive looked at loads of exchanges ect but since im not 18 i dont have any id and most exchanges have very small withdraw limits ive looked at and are no good ive looked for p2p places like bisk but theres no offers is there any exchanges that allow trading of crypto without kyc or id with high limits last time i traded coins it was on btc-e and dident have a issue back then im stuck trying to find a place to exchange my coins

Binance will be a good exchange for you which you don't have to fills KYC. But my suggestion, you don't have to use one-time to sending all of your dash, but you can divide into many parts. Maybe you can try with 10 dash first, and see if it is okay for you so you can continue to send it another amount but don't sending in the next day, and you can send it in the next week.

Many of us are being greedy to get the money, so we used one-time sending or transaction because we want to have the money. If you do that, you only make the exchanges get alert, and they will investigate your account. Be smart, be safe, and get the money in silent Grin
There is nothing need to be worried when you are using their exchange under their limits so no need to wait for a week to get the next conversion done as well.Only your account will be in problem when huge amount in one time withdrawal request which might never happened before.

It would be better if you ask your parents or someone close that you trust to do it for you. There are some No KYC exchanges ((until certain limits are reached) such as Binance and Kucoin, but since the amount is too big, it will probably take some time until you exchange everything.

Yes, I think 2 BTC per month will be the limit in Binance.
It will really take some time if you are just doing it with one exchange.
Try to look for more without KYC's.

I do think Kucoin is also one without KYC until you hit a certain limit. But that was ages when I did it. I don't know if they have the same service since I dont use it that much anymore.
No hurt to try right?
2 BTC per day is the limit on these exchanges, not for the months so actually its worth to convert in the safer way than waiting and searching for th exchanges with no ID because the potential risk of converting on those exchanges were high.

First, you can consider using some dex exchanges, but don’t expect to trade in a fast and smooth way there,
I was not aware that we can trade Dash in a decentralized exchange, so I check in the internet and I found this article.

The decentralized exchange bisq now accepts DASH as a main currency to trade
However, it's so disappointing that the exchange mentioned only have 84,598 USD trading volume, OP needs more due to the big number of DASH he is holding.

First, you can consider using some dex exchanges, but don’t expect to trade in a fast and smooth way there, and secondly, when it comes to large transactions, I think big exchanges with reputation would be the best, since you knew you were going into cryptocurrency trade, you would have used the identity of someone that is very close to you which you know can receive money on your behalf, pending the time that you turn 17, if not for that age barrier, I would have asked you to use binance, because binance does not require kyc for first level of their registration, I think their kyc starts from certain amount which I am sure the first amount limit will cover whatever you want to do, so still try binance and see if that age limit would not be a barrier.

There are possible chances to convert to bitcoin, but that can't be done in large scale within a short period of time. It is a process that takes time, you could deposit the funds to the stake gambling website. They've got the coinswitch for limited cryptocurrencies. If you find dash available in exchange for bitcoin, you can do it little by little.

I have check it on CMC prices in that range occur around 2015 almost 4years or more since you bought it.

ive looked at loads of exchanges ect but since im not 18
You bought Dash when you were around 13-14 years old.

very lucky you knew about crypto when you were very young.

It would be better for you to sell only part of it according to your needs.

Many suggestions have been given to you and in my opinion those are the ways that you can exchange your Dash to BTC and withdraw it into fiat money

That's a huge amount of money already, I computed using the current rate of DASH at $84.90, your money will total to 594,300 usd.
I hope you can dispose that successfully....

Well, I suggest that you don't only use one exchange, try a lot of exchanges and spread your money so if ever it will be compromise, you won't have to face a big problem. There are a lot of exchanges I use without asking me to verify myself with an ID IIRC, they are Binance, Livecoin, Kucoin,  CoinBene, IDAX and hotbit, you can try to explore with these exchange, it will help to spread your money.

I think in order to minimize risks, it is necessary to exchange small amounts. Although you can, for example, buy a verified account, it is better to use these two exchanges, which I use and did not have problems with the withdrawal of cryptocurrency without account verification.

https://www.binance.com
From FAQ: If you have not finished your account verification (ID Verification), your withdrawal limit is set to 2 BTC for every 24 hours.

https://trade.io
From FAQ: The withdrawal limit for unverified users is 10,000 USDT.

Trying to trade that much crypto without ID even on an exchange like Binance or Kucoin's likely going to raise red flags, and there's a chance you might end up needing to provide some sort of KYC even using a non-verified account with the limits those two exchanges offer you.

Yeah I would consider using VPN and doing it through several different unverified accounts. Depositing and withdrawing 2 BTC equivalent every day through the same account is likely to raise suspicion.

He could use Binance, Bitfinex, Kucoin, possibly Huobi and OKex if he's willing to provide some minimal (or false) personal information. CoinBene also has a 2 BTC daily withdrawal limit for unverified users but weirdly I don't see a listing for DASH even though it's a top 20 coin.

I'd agree that your best bet's going to be to find someone trustworthy you know that's not a minor that can provide verification so you're free to transact on exchanges with higher limits.

There is no exchange who will allow that kind of big withdrawal without KYC. The amount was alarming and surely it will raise a concern if it will be all cashout at once and it really needs necessary information about the user.

It's even an advantage to us that there are still big exchanges today that allows decent withdrawals without KYC so that's way better than nothing. Some of the options given here are the best one you can consider.

The fact that you are trading for a long time now, at least you should have a working method already on some possible ways you can do in that situation.

Why not gradually exchange them into BTC if you can wait to exchange them again on the next day.

As mention above you can withdraw to 2 BTC limit on both Binance and KuCoin if you exchange them only in binance 2btc every day takes 28+ days to fully withdraw all of your Dash to BTC. But since KuCoin is offering the same thing without KYC you can reduce it to 14 days or 2 weeks. You can also exchange on OKex but the limit for non KYC is 0.5 BTC but it will still help to exchange all of your Dash coins into BTC.

This is the only best option if you are not in hurry but if you can't wait for too long(Days) you need to pass the KYC so suggestion by OmegaStarScream would be the best option "contact friends or parents" to make a verified account and withdraw all converted BTCs.

Although @OmegaStarScream already advised it, I also advise Binance. Afaik their max withdrawal / day without KYC is 2BTC (please re-check their rules to be sure).
That would mean you'll need an entire month to exchange it all (and I advise you don't deposit all at once either), but I don't see a safer way.
Binance and Kucoin together will lessen up the duration for about 15 days on both exchangers. 7k dash is current a half million dollars and it really hard to pull it off at once without doing any KYC .As suggested above you can try alternatives yet we wouldnt know if there are potential buyers but as expected that deal would have some sort of discount or lower price than on the current market price.

Flyp.me seems to be the best accountless exchanger right now. I haven't heard many complaints about them, unlike Changelly. Liquidity will be a problem though. You can only sell 34 DASH in one transaction right now, although you may be able to make multiple transactions before the wallet is empty. Then rinse/repeat.

Bitfinex and Binance are the most liquid conventional exchanges for this. But if you want to avoid KYC, you'll need to space things out over time to stay under unverified withdrawal limits and avoid having your accounts flagged for suspicious activity.
