Most of the times i exchange airdrop tokens immediatley because there are many shit coins from airdrops, but i hold those tokens which bounty or ico is still running. It always help me to get huge profit with airdrop tokens. According to my calculation, i earn $2000 from airdrops (5 or 6 coins). Rest are on hold, hope i will get more.
I will exchange them as most of aidrops coins expected to be down in price after their initial launches on exchanges or listing in coinmarketcap.

Depends on the project really. Most of the time airdrops are done for the projects which are not even listed over the exchangers so there is less chance that you will exchange them as soon as you get them. You will have to wait for them to get listed over the exchangers. I guess after listing also its our logical design whether you want to sell them at the given price or wait for it to rise. If the project is really good and have hopes for getting spiked then surely we should wait for them to develop themselves and see if the prices goes up or not. In anyway it is our benefit.
This is a long play game. This is not gambling - this is the market where you need to analize factors and understand that your profit depends from your patience too!
Most airdrops are shitcoins if you hold that coin it will slowly decrease the value because some of them they don't want to hold, they gonna sell right away, it's rarely to get a potential altcoin in airdrop so better to sell your coins right away at least you earn extra money.
Hold or sell depend on potential of token which you got from airdrops 
. If token you got from airdrop has a good project behind so I think you should hold until it got listed on official exchange. But if vice versa, I think you should sell them all asap when price of these tokens are still high

We all know that the market is dropping and still no signs of early recovering so i think we need to sell it directly and don't wait for the market to drops again because mostly the amount we earned in airdrop is just very small.

I don't think i can get a good free coins in Airdrops even if the market has a high price that time because many of coins in Airdrops is spreading that has still no value in market so i don't think you can get a high profit, but i still advice to hold it and when for the price increase.
at the moment I think it makes no sense to sell everything, the market is in a big drawdown, it is not known of course what will happen next, but to the past high the market may come back!
IMO, I think almost cryptocurrencys from airdrops don't have good potential so for me, I'll sell them all immediately right after receiving. But it'll be impossible if these tokens are not listed on any exchange yet. Although there are some decentralized exchanges that we can sell them but if they're not good token, it'll be useless cause nobody will want to buy
If it has any potential, I would hold them as long as I can, after all they are free and didn't cost you your time. I'm in one airdrop right now, have coins and price is 0.1$ for coin, If I sold, I would have 200$, not a life saver...
frankly speaking the amount should be invested for long term and if you cannot hold it then probably you should not be investing in crypto at current situation where market is falling. So better if you invest for long term than you do not have to worry even if it falls in short term.

Indeed for now it is better to hold it now, especially the throwing market. Do your research and watch out for the value you hold now to cut losses of course. But in time when the market will go up again and you think it's the best or it's about your target, it's time for you to exchange.
The decision depends and varies on every individual/investor. Personally, I would hold some of the projects which I think will be utilized in the future by looking at their roadmap, their whitepaper, the behavior of the community involved, the investors' interest, and the team's commitment to the project in a bid of trying to make it a success.

Of course hold it. And wait for the pump, and sell some. And buy at the dip. And if the project is really good, i'd stick with it, i mean support it and hold and buy more of it.
I usually research about the project of the coin, if they are active enough and have a good project, I will hold it because I think as long as it's free we will not lose if in the end, the coin has no value. but sometimes I also immediately sell off immediately if i feel the value of the coin is worth it
I think it depends on whether I need money or not, if I need money and a high price then I will sell it but if I do not need money then I will hold it until the price goes high
To see the market price now my advice you keep Hold. Wait until prices soar high the right time to exchange it. But depending on your personal needs, if you soon need it better exchange it.
