I am still able to withdraw my balance from liqui and the withdrawal fee is the same for all exchanges. Only thing is that their interface doesn't work properly (deposit/withdrawal buttons) but rest is fine. Their withdrawals are also delayed for about 2-3 hours.
I can confirm they are scamming as well.

Loved Liqui but today is really shit... Sent TAAS to MEW and tokens didn't arrived, neither support can help (freshdesk tickets bug). Telegram stuff can't help. I tried to withdraw some funds from my account today and I can see that the bitcoins have yet not been sent from my account? Is there any sort of delay in bitcoin withdrawals because of the hardfork or withdrawals will be now paused? Please reply.
