I like the exchange, but unfortunately I will not be trading here any more. Main reason being the fees you guys charge on withdrawals on almost all currencies. It is clearly much more than what is actually being paid and what other exchanges charge.

I was being charged 5 TENXPAY which is like 12$ for the withdrawal today. Lol, it is really a joke.

Here is a comparison between what Bittrex charges and what you guys charge:

It was just 0.04 BTC :|

I withdrew OAX today and it came within 2 minute sin my wallet but I don't know what's the reason for the BTC withdrawal delay. My wallet works fine and there is no restriction on the withdrawal amount as far as I know. Have withdrawn over 20-25 times earlier.

I don't think that Liqui is a scam, but often encountered a lot of withdrawal and deposit constraints, this has been a long time and there has been no improvement. I myself have experienced it when the withdrawal BTC, EDG, WINGS, Firstblood, TKN, and now experiencing the constraint of Incent deposit, had been waiting for almost 16 hours still not get into my wallet.

Another problem is, every time making a support ticket, certainly will never be answered. I always make tickets and never answered, no response, very annoying. Very annoying if every constraint takes more than 48 hours.

fees is a matter for a separate talk. Liqui need to do something because that is a problem too.

The only thing to worry is they take 0.0015 BTC as withdraw fee but adds only 0.0005 BTC to the transaction in real.
Anyways quick and easy to trade there

You haven't even updated your customers as to what the problem is exactly.

At the very least, release a statement about those missing transactions.

Does your support staff monitor the tickets in https://liqui.freshdesk.com? Or twitter as it is also mentioned as 1 of the support channels. There are alot of complaints of complaints about transaction of assets in ETH blockchain but not being addressed. Witdrawals that show completed and with an ETH transactionid but if you look in etherscan- shows transaction does not exist.
