Great video, sound analysis, enjoyed every second of it. Very objective, just commented below the original video. Invited Kurt (hopefully I got the name right) to become our beta-tester.

Possible reasons - wrong email address, message in spam, delay in email delivery (unlikely at this stage). Normally happens within 1-2 seconds, but had cases when someone had to wait for around an hour or so. Not something we can control, all depends on the mail provider.
i hope this will grow to become one of top exchange in the market, and about the $500 reward, is this money withdraw able or there are some hidden conditions attached to it 
We are working hard to make that happen. It's a bonus used for trading, as announced previously. Exchange intends to work with 0 profit for the first 3 months after launch, so this money is all yours.
How do I interact with the UPCoin exchange? Is it just an application for Android devices?
Our website will be responsive to mobile phones, and apps will be added later on. We found out yesterday about an impostor app on Google Play and asked our community to flag it as inappropriate and it was taken down in the end.
Until March, whatever you find on Google Play that's called UPcoin - it's most likely scam, don't download or use it.

Trading hasn't begun yet. Once the site launches, you can use the $500 BONUS to cover trading fees. If you don't trade the $500 BONUS is no good to you. You can not withdraw it. No company is just going to hand out $500 to hundreds of thousands of people.

550 000 x 500 = $275 000 000 in bonuses .... That is a large number.

It looks so large number but actually they will not spend that much because the bonus can be used for trading fees only. How many users from those total registrants will actually doing trades here? The number of registrants is so huge maybe because most of them think that the $500 is a free money that can be cashed out with some requirements.

Just to clear things up (might have been confusing, apologies there):
First 200 members who bring 50+ referrals will be getting 50% of their referrals' fees
Next 200 members who bring 30+ referrals will be getting 30% of their referrals' fees

The $500 is for trading fees. It can not be withdrawn.
