Unintended partnerships lead to quite predictable and, as a rule, negative events, as happened with the Patriot exchange partnership and Robert Craddock & Lynn Nicely (Z Bids, currently NFT Rewards). According to the concluded agreement, an exchange of PATX shares provided by Craddock & Nice was provided in exchange for a percentage of the NFT Rewards revenue stream, neither party will be allowed to sell PATX until the 1-year mark has passed.
At some point, it was noticed that PATX was being transferred to other accounts on the Patriot exchange. Craddock, without permission, began selling PATX to others at a discount to the current market price. Confronted by Nice about this, Craddock stated that he needed to raise money to compensate for the damage to the house caused by the storm. Craddock admitted that he sold PATX for about $60,000, which he had no legal authority to do. We didn't sell any patches and we didn't get any money from Craddock. In fact, Craddock refused to return any money that he fraudulently embezzled through his partnership with the Patriot exchange.
After a short investigation, it was possible to establish (I don't understand what prevented this from being done earlier before signing the agreement) that Robert Craddock is a convicted felon, arrested and convicted in several states. Craddock has quite a long history of false statements, as well as his role in Zeeks Rewards, which was an absolute Ponzi scheme. A lot of phone calls have been received from people complaining that Craddock made false statements about PATX. It was also discovered that Craddock raised money by selling equity in NFT Rewards, without meeting or conferring with either him or the CEO of Patriot.
At the time of writing this article, the partnership with Craddock & NFT Rewards is officially terminated. All available criminal and civil proceedings against Craddock will remain at my disposal for the duration of the statute of limitations. Patriot Exchange continues to function and serve its customer base without any financial problems. Everything is as usual. There will be additional information in the next 48 hours.
