> Robert,
> The past few days has been very hard for me to deal with. I have received NUMEROUS phone calls from people informing me that you have defrauded them. I have listened to them and informed them that I know nothing of their complaints. To my knowledge so far the following things have happened just within the past 2 month and I can not continue to be partnered with you on NFTrewards.biz
> In the beginning you stated you had tons of people ready to join NFT Rewards. I allowed you to play the role of bringing on those individuals. Although you did bring on a few people, it was nothing like you indicated.
> We signed an agreement with Patriot Exchange. During this agreement, we ALL agreed and signed that we could not sell any PATX for a period of 1 year.
> You sold PATX to numerous individuals in excess of $70,000.00/USD
> You informed these and other individuals that PATX would probably be at $4-$5 by the end of 2022 when you knew that wasn’t true and yet you deceived people in telling them a lie
> You sold shares of our company to a woman for $30,000.00/USD and had her sign an NDA
> You stated you had severe damage to your roof and needed $90,000.00/USD to cover the insurance cost, yet your neighbor stated “no one” had enough damage in the community that would exceed the insurance claim to filed
> You stated to me that you had the entire funds to cover the programming of the market place, yet when I called you the other day and stated we needed to pay the $6,000.00/USD, you stated “I don’t have it” and you wanted to speak with them to work out some type of payment structure.
> You stated you had already paid the lead team funds for November, yet when I spoke with them they had not yet been paid
> I don’t like that fact that you contacted members lying about Chris loosing money and that he may be broke. You know exactly that the $27.000.00/USD from that account was held up because the account was closed due to Chris taking in the draft checks. This had nothing to do with Chris, but you still tried to bring other people into something they know nothing about.
> You sold PATX to your neighbor for $52,000.00/USD
> You paid a lady $4,500.00/USD in referral fee from bringing individuals to you that purchased PATX from you directy
> A member asked you personally NOT to reach out to her team about internal company issues, yet despite her request you did it anyhow
> There are just too many red flags and a history of you not being honest and deceptive. I can not continue to be in any type of partnership with you. I know for a fact that numerous people are currently speaking to local authorized to file criminal charges against you. I have not participated nor knew that you had received funds from individuals until after it was brought to my attention you had done so.
> Therefore, for the best interest of the current members of NFT Rewards, I have completely cleared out the database of members and have contacted Chris to block any and all access to NFT Rewards accounts being held on his server until further notice.
> I have informed Lead Technology to block your access to the software until their funds are paid in full. Any and all software provided or written by Uma will be the sole property of Lynn Nicely and will be deleted from NFTrewards.biz
> I will provide full outstanding payments to the programmers. Should you want any of the source file of NFTrewards.biz you will need to pay me the funds that I’m out. Any further communication needs to be solely via email (

> There is no need to contact me directly on any of this. I have thought and prayed on everything and feel that devolving our partnership is best for everyone.
