They just started staking last week. The returns look decent. It takes close to a week but works out to ~.7%/day. Of course, I'm sure this will fluctuate (hopefully up more than down) as the process matures.

XP is rising today back to nealy 20 i think.

 i agree about the exchanges, coinexchange is ok and all but cryptopia, coming at the end of this month according to XP team, will be better. here is my opinion of the buttons and what not being latest news. it is and it isnt, bitbender is the creative director and he recently went to davos to help promote XP. (checkout the bad crypto podcast mention: http://badcryptopodcast.com/2018/01/26/bad-crypto-live-from-davos-77/      bitbender talks briefly about XP at minute 22 and 26 seconds  (00:22:26) )

if XP is to get involved in major projects/games/platforms, i think it needs to become a crypto household name. we certainly need some more use cases, a game or two for example, but i think the first step is to introduce the masternode 3 tier system: https://www.xpcoin.io/ecosystem-map/ 

bitbender has said, many times, the focus isnt on the price right now but getting the "ecosystem" streamlined and getting the word out there. i think it would benefit the entire XP community if a ASA or Q & A (like this one https://www.xpcoin.io/xp-community-questions/) was made on this forum, in this thread. in short, i think you are absolutely right with your post. i think things are just getting started, though, and the initial hype has been/currently is being corrected market wise. i myself will just stake and hold as i have been, id like to be able to host a masternode at some point in the future as my computer is never off.

I am a huge supporter and holder of XP Coin.

BUT

We need alternative exchanges XP team.

I have watched CoinExchange.io loose peoples accounts, stop sending out confirmation emails & never answer support requests for their users... etc.

I cannot help but think that the above is hurting XP Coin in some way as +-70% of trading happens on this platform.

The price drop of XP to some extent could reflect lack of confidence in that exchange? I mean have you checked out their twitter page?

Now I'm sure ButtBender is working very hard at awareness for XP coin, but get us on a reputable exchange so that our XP community can also help you push awareness.

I think that the XP team should give us some news as to the latest milestone of the coin more frequently. Maybe on an official XP Coin Youtube channel perhapse?

All I see these days when I look for news on XP Coin is 'look at my cool XP coin Button!'

If this is the only news worth reading about right now, we deserve the 1 sat we are headed to.
(Quite sharply I might add. Does anyone else worry about this like I do?)

Lets keep the hype by doing something Whack! or announcing something significant at the very least monthly, preferably once a week.... Dammit!
