Bunch of evidence about CoinsMarkets transactions/activities...

https://github.com/ColossusCoinXT/Documentation/blob/master/ColossusXT_Forensic_Statement_on_CoinsMarkets_Exchange_Fraud.pdf

Kudos to Colossus team.
Anyone tried to contact cryptopia or bittrex? Or anyone who is in legal action, his lawyer maybe can tell them to freezing accounts?

Cryptopia was contacted by some members of COLX team, but I hear that they wouldn't give up any info. Maybe a subpoena would work, but who knows..

Nice work COLX for making the effort to piece together this timeline. I re-tweeted to the CFTC. I would encourage others to do the same. Again, Kudos to COLX team. Well done.

That is a pretty thorough review of the very apparent theft of coins from coinsmarkets users. Also kudos to the COLX team for spending the time to put that together.

Indeed! They did an outstanding job.

Kudos to Colossus team.

Really good stuff in that forensic analysis.  It is really sad though.  It just makes me realize what will happen because of this.  The internet will not be free.  The internet will be regulated.  The days of the Wild West Internet will be long gone soon.

Shame on you CM.

I'm going through all my coins now on coinsmarkets via block explorers and am finding some weird activity all around. I would encourage others to do the same, that way we can verify by blockchain evidence which different crypto wallets may belong to coinsmarkets, potentially flagging them. For instance if several different people pull up the same transaction I have for say linda coin... that's a little red flag isn't it?

I would like to mention as well that some of my wallets remain intact, cheaper shitcoins persay, but they recieve staking bonuses at random intervals through the months which I believe is attributed to what I think is the CM "main guy" having a change of heart over the months about whether or not he will give us what we own. As he or they still haven't.

Also I would like to mention any wallets you created via direct trading on coinsmarkets are not searchable via blockchain explorers. By this I mean, if you bought colx for bitcoins and didn't deposit from outside coinsmarkets your wallet will not be searchable as your coins are actually sitting in the coinsmarkets wallet for that coin already, which explains why some people cannot find their balances and are claiming they have 0.

Upon checking my linda wallet address; I discovered that all coins HAVE been moved... and link to a nice wallet of roughly $83,092.114...which is 61m Linda coins.

Possible CM Lindacoin Address: https://prohashing.com/explorer/Lindacoin/LasVocPDTgEJJx3Z58Zh5GJncW59Y1wfir/

Take a look at the below hash. My wallet, and and many others is listed in the below transaction hash linking to only two wallets, one receiving the bulk of the linda coins:
https://prohashing.com/explorer/Lindacoin/5693a0cbe670d89cb71e36cfae6a734e4a4b1d2ae6ee73b3f8778ab6b0fde71a/

The below hash shows leftover small balances from some of the same wallets being sent to the above wallet address, leftovers... we can determine here that ALL wallets are connected as they all lead to the suspected CM lindacoin address including one of the receiver addresses.
https://prohashing.com/explorer/Lindacoin/36517f78beb919c179b8f2a2d0c2d83e451c57b0ef5c37196a033cbb15b11ff1/
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now onto compound coin. It seems the top 9 richest person is somehow linked to my compound coin wallet from coinsmarkets. Here is the wallet with 193707985.99011132 comp coins:

Possible CM Compound Coin Address: http://comp.prenges.rocks/address/CaqCXuBDSFRf2PtgPvZhp4zuEY482ftmGv

Now... how do I figure the above wallet is somehow connected to cm? The below hashes. My wallet as well is listed here in both instances: Also be aware the other addresses here which is (CWyJofXAgkSPP9grV92JyAuNHD5M3hARDK) and (CSznwttB2cwApxgZoKtWnShppgxxpse2e3) also ends up sending the amount it received to the suspected CM comp coin wallet (CaqCXuBDSFRf2PtgPvZhp4zuEY482ftmGv)

http://comp.prenges.rocks/tx/8c7b8d8a8c79aa9865ed0db617f815422806251bbaf86339f7679a63ca041708
http://comp.prenges.rocks/tx/424c42510ee925a08e06e5a9a7be486e1d2c73cbe4b01111d36dabd56508e1d3

These are the only two coins out of the several I have on the exchange that have been tampered with. Now Coinsmarkets if still legitimate can blatantly state via their Coinsmarkets bitcointalk account if this is all UNTRUE as they have the capabilities and platform at hand to explicitly deny this. They also have the ability to enable WITHDRAWALS for two said coins if they believe my information to be untrue, thereby disproving all of my posted evidence.

I've debated posting this in case of retaliation from coinsmarkets themselves via my account there (I'm still hoping I will get my shit back).. I've tried to cover my tracks from posts on here linking me via their website and would advise other people as well if they follow suit to not post their actual coinsmarkets deposit addresses incase they try to look you up and fuck with you. Just post your hashes from recent withdrawals and we can all link connections.

EDIT:
Also would like to point out the timestamps on all of the above corresponds to other recent developments brought to light by COLX, and other people. It seems like they picked the month of april to finally exit.

https://github.com/ColossusCoinXT/Documentation/blob/master/CM_PressRelease.pdf

The wallet I assumed to be the coinsmarkets linda coin address is now worth 110k. My address is linked here. Other people should come forward if they find their address for linda coin being deposited to the above address. They currently have almost 3 masternodes for linda.

EDIT:
They're starting their scam on Inflationcoin now as well. So another coin bites the dust. My wallet on CM is now linked to this address.... which I assume will be eventually dumping to cryptopia.

806681451.34136987 IFLT - Since april 16th, only an exchange could amass such an amount in so little time.

Below is all of transactions linked from my wallet.

This whole situation really doesn't make sense. I feel at first they wanted to fix it and get everything up and running. But I knew something was up when they started blaming all the people for their wrong doings. Then the whole "will be trading again soon". To me it sounds like they are trying to punish us by still being up and releasing these coins. For all the complaining and contacting hosting or whatever we did early on. I'm seeing a lot of people in the troll box and random coinsmarkets talks discords saying even these shit coins nobody wants, aren't able to be withdrawn. Which brings me up to my next thought. Why release 20 coins a week? That is a lot of coins. Which if they keep up, all coins should be "released" in the next 3 months or so. So my prediction is, EVENTUALLY we will see BTC and LTC in the orange writing being able to be withdrawn, but guess what will happen? Much like the shit coins being released now, it'll lower your balance on their site and you'll never see your coins. I think this is their plan. What's the point of even keeping this site up? Especially if they know they can't be tracked. They are trolling us. And it's going to hurt a lot of people when they see that orange banner say their coins and when they go to withdraw, the coins will leave their CM account but they won't get them. I really don't know how this isn't a bigger story nobody is talking about it. You'd think all the crypto haters would be all over this. Which would make these thieves look over their shoulders 24/7

well, it is 100% scam, when you look at evidence. There is nothing to talk about it. just read SHIELD evidence, COLX evidence, ALQO evidence....not enough ?

It warrants a proper investigation.  I am surprised that no official agency has announced that they are investigating this yet given the numerous posts here saying that people have lodged formal and high level complaints.

It seems this is a scam and yet again it also seems the weirdest delay tactic to continue to release the lowest value coins while creating a bizarre sense of hope... sort of like Stockholm Syndrome where the traders are really just prisoners to this scheme.

People asked about what legal actions could be taken.  Well, a big part of me just wants someone to at least shutdown the website immediately.  However, this very small but also very strong part of me wants the website to stay up in the off chance that CM actually pays out any of the valuable coins to their traders.

Any news updates on "their" site?  Any communications?  NOPE.  Feb 24 was the last time... coming up on 2 months without a word other than the orange text announcing worthless coins are released.

This just feels like the sickest most demented troll scheme.  I'm definitely sick of looking at their website and have pretty much given up hope for any future for CM as an exchange.  The only future I can imagine at this time would be retribution for damages done.

But yeah... as far as action... if anyone is serious... At what point do we draw the line in the sand to say that is enough and take down the website?  THIS IS A LEGAL ACTION THAT COULD BE DONE: TAKE DOWN THE SITE.

Again... I said "COULD BE DONE"  ---NOT SAYING--- "MUST BE DONE"... just saying it is time to seriously consider this as a legal action to face reality.

So what do we say?  One more week?  Two more weeks?  And then if there isn't a worthwhile coin released we see about legal authority to press the button on their website?

Think about it:  How many high-level complaints to agencies like the FBI and European authorities have been filed?  How many youtube videos are there illustrating the alleged scam?  There is plenty already here to illustrate the timeline and blockchain forensics that point to coin dumping by CM.  I can NOT guarantee that these reports are accurate but given the lengthy delay and poor communication from CM there is clearly enough here to justify legal intervention to include seizing the CM website.

I hope you burn in hell CM. I hope they will put you in the ground and tell me where are you, so I can throw stone at you.

Is there community legal action ? One by one is nothing, we need lawyer!

Anyone try withdrawing ALQO or SAGA? I dont have either both wallets are online currently though. Although im probably crazy for thinking positive. There has to be a reason why they havent just shut down the website knowing they cant be found. I heard all the coins that have been stolen. But if this was an exit scam, which it very well could be. Why wait this long? and why keep the site up?

I have ALQO and Saga. Withdrawing does not work.

Most probably they dumped these coins already.

I've seen some updates on their website, the latter says, "server is being prepared and almost done", or something similar. This gives me a bit of hope that there's a new message on the front page and not just "Down for maintenance, come back soon." text on a white page. Also, I am currently logged in, and can navigate most sites, but not trading is not yet open, as far as I know.

I don't know what coins you had at CM, but if they have/had any value, I would consider them gone. CM has transferred and sold millions of their customer's coins already. They are releasing the worthless coins in order to buy time. These dumb asses can't even exit scam properly. I look forward to the day that I read about them being caught. In the meantime, I hope the stress of knowing this day is coming, weighs on them heavily. Either way, I would take any of their messages as nothing more than utter bullshit.

I don't know where you seen those updates but they were BS. They claimed for a good couple weeks they were fixing the DB but if you look at their news feed they "fixed" the DB on the 19th of JAN... so what's to fix... lol?

"A week ago we started negoation with new host that can accept similar service , we initiated the move ,

The Database was fixed yesterday night .

Now remain to setup new servers , few fix here and there and service will be restored ,"
