You're right, but Ferrari's strategy has been very weak for years, either the wrong strategy or a strategy change too late. And as you say, you can't always blame the drivers. RedBull has invested years of training in the pit stops, Mercedes is also very constant with the pit stops, a mistake like in the last race, when Mercedes changed to the intermediates too late can happen, but with Ferrari this has been the negative standard for years.

That is unacceptable for any team in the F1 to do. They have faster tyre changes during practice let alone during a live race.
You really can't blame the drivers for all the errors the Ferrari team has done to themselves this season.

What a bad luck for Daniel Ricciardo, when the luck seems to be shinny for him, he suffer this crash and the injury on his wrist. He was made a really good performance in the Alpha Tauri, now he lost again the seat and time to show he can be again in the F1 for the next season.

I hope to see him again in a good car in 2024, not in Alpha please.

It's still hard to say who will replace Sainz, Ferrari won't take on a top driver in the current situation just to have driven a Ferrari once. At the moment Sainz and Leclerc still have a contract until the end of 2024, I don't think Hamilton will drive his last two years in a Ferrari, the car doesn't meet his expectations and Sainz would have to be paid a lot.

So it's going to be difficult for Ferrari to get a good driver, Perez doesn't have a contract for 2024 yet, but there's no reason for either of them to do that. First and foremost, the Ferrari team needs to improve internally in all areas.

Updated to Daniel Ricciardo's condition, After Practice 2 of the Dutch Grand Prix Daniel Ricciardo suffered an injury when he saw Oscar Piastri in front due to a barrier collision so Daniel Ricciardo decided to intentionally crash his Alpha Tauri into the barrier but because he didn't let loose of the steering wheel he injured his hands in the process, and the X-rays revealed the extend of his injury and needed surgery the next morning so for sure Liam Lawson will still be driving Alpha Tauri this weekend and hopefully Daniel Ricciardo will come back in September for the Singapore Grand Prix

Overall, no one can say it was a boring race. Because if you saw it that way you are certainly not watching the race and just going by the podium and finishing places.

There was no shock at the end result, Max got the win as always, no matter what happened during the race, he kept his lead and just won it as expected. I am guessing that as long as he finishes the races with no crash, he will just keep on winning. This makes it 10 for the season if I am not wrong, and that breaks the record Vettel had, and that's another record Max broken. There was some weird circumstances which happened in practice 2 where both Ricciardo and Piastri were parked parallel from each other on the track. When I tuned in they were already this way and a red flag had just been put on the P2 session. Didn't know what had happened until they mentioned about his hand being broken.

Because Ferrari is not having a good season, Sainz should not be held accountable for it. Not like they gave him a great car and he started to suddenly lose races, they have a terrible car and that is why Sainz is not getting any good results. They had nearly no points for like first 3-4 races if I am not wrong and after all that was done they still didn't had a top three car, red bull, Aston martin and Mercedes had better cars, now McLaren has a better one too.

So, if they are thinking about not extending Sainz's contract because of the results, they should do that to the engineers as well, they have terrible engineers that make the worst cars every year and no driver will get good results with cars those engineers make.

Who can replace Sainz right now ? I mean , sure , Ferrari will leave Sainz from next year , but who could join ? I don't see Ferrari taking another young driver just to let him go after 2 years again. In my opinion , they should let Sainz to finish his contract but on the same time Ferrari should be able to provide a decent car for both of their drivers because no matter what driver you put in that Ferrari right now , none of them will do great . The more we look at Ferrari the more we can see that they have real internal problems that fans and media don't know about them. 

At the moment I don't see many reasons why Ferrari should extend with Sainz, not only the performance of Ferrari itself leaves a lot to be desired, but also Sainz is not in form and gives top performances, but that seems to be a problem with the whole Ferrari team.

I won't make my prediction for this weekend until tomorrow morning, let's see how the teams have worked over the break in practice.

Netherlands will definitely be the perfect chance, I do not know where he lives, but if he lives anywhere near, I bet that he will just race, win, and go home and start racing at computer lol.
