There is no way you can buy a currency that is still in the process of being regulated else they will be sued. Not sure if they will be available any time soon

Maybe you can't wait next bitcoin price boom days and i hope you forget about year 2017 what fantastic look bitcoin performance. We just start new year 2020 so i can expect everyone want see this year which moment waiting for our next profits chance.

Increasingly more news are coming to life each day about this strange Facebook coin, however I accept on the off chance that they are going to launch  a coin and list it on significant exchanges, it could change the crypto business everlastingly, in light of the fact that Facebook has an immense crowd.

Exactly. It's becoming harder for Facebook to launch it's Libra stablecoin within the mainstream world. With toughening regulations, we cannot expect Libra to be listed on an exchange soon. Maybe another cryptocurrency which "forks" Libra's codebase under a new name, might become successful in the long run. One thing for sure is that Facebook created Libra as an open source digital currency. So even if Facebook never manages to launch its own cryptocurrency for the world, others will be able to launch an alternative version of Libra as we know it. As a result of Facebook's announcement of Libra, we've seen many governments taking a stance against stablecoins and crypto in general. This is mostly because they're afraid that Libra will replace traditional Fiat within the mainstream world. Because of this dilemma, governments have announced that they will be launching digital currencies of their own. Countries like China, Russia, and France have already taken the necessary preparations to make this happen in the future.

But be aware that if Libra manages to gain the approval of worldwide governments, a new wave of people will join the Blockchain industry. This would largely benefit decentralized cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, we've all been fond of for a very long time. As 2020 approaches, we'll see how everything unfolds for the launch of Libra within the mainstream world. Successful or not, crypto and Blockchain tech will continue to thrive for years to come. The excitement about Libra has passed and there is less hype around It. This coin is of no interest to me. I might as well go and buy securities and let all the authorities concerned know about it. Libra does not give the most important advantage of cryptocurrency - anonymity.

I think so too because it is difficult for Libra to be a threat to BTC. Moreover, BTC is the parent of all altcoins. hopefully in the future libra becomes a stable coin and many interested people to invest.

I think you are very early in responding if Libra coins become stable coins. can you guarantee that if Libra coins are launched later, they will be stable in the market?
my advice, do not believe something that is uncertain and in accordance with reality.

I dont think it will ever reach an exchange, even if does then it will not be with the "Facebook"s brand name. It will be harder and harder if Facebook tries to implement what they have said in Libra. People might be interested to buy it but it will not be as easy as it looks.

Facebook Libra will not be a threat to BTC and other altcoins. Because each altcoin differs in its function. Moreover in the world of trading there is no certainty of investor choice against certain altcoins. Most investors do not hold one altcoin.

I heard that libra uses a centralized system, which is the opposite of decentralization in cryptocurrency, this is the same as fiat at this time, so I agree if libra is not a cryptocurrency, but only digital currency is controlled. but admittedly they have a large community

I personally doubt if the Facebook cryptocurrency project would scale through the hurdles of the American parliament. Its a known fact that the government is barely in support of cryptocurrency projects and having a billion dollar company like Facebook investing in cryptocurrency is a threat to the government.

That's certainly true, mate. With many strict regulations from worldwide governments and their skeptical stance about a digital currency taking over the world, it seems that Facebook's Libra cryptocurrency won't be going anywhere. Governments have feared that Libra may replace the world's economic infrastructure upon launch. After all, Facebook's massive user base would allow Libra to gain exposure within the mainstream world. The excitement of many people regarding the launch of Libra, appears to be fading slowly but surely. If Facebook's digital currency never becomes a reality, there's nothing to worry about. The decentralized world of crypto will live for a long time as many people are still supporting it. Libra was entirely different from Bitcoin and other decentralized cryptocurrencies from the start. Its success or failure wouldn't have an impact on the entire crypto/Blockchain industry as we know it.

In the end, Libra will just be an idea that never came into reality. But at least, Facebook's announcement of the digital currency has triggered worldwide governments to launch digital currencies of their own. Which means, that one way or another, Blockchain technology will disrupt our economic system as we know it. Hopefully, decentralized cryptocurrencies will live alongside digital Fiat currencies for years to come. Just my thoughts

Im not sure LIBRA could be called as cryptocurrency. I just want to assuming LIBRA are sucks like poin on games. After their able join into space our private message, then now he want to know more about our money.

What about Apple, Microsoft, Joe's Pizza, Alibaba, Sony.... are you predict them to go "top 10" too?
Coinmarketcap is the biggest piece of junk in a long long time, worthless disinformation.

I don't know the fate of the top 100 coins in coinmarketcap, if big companies and countries make coins, will they be displaced ?, we know LIBRA and Facebook have great power in this matter, my prediction is they will get into the top 10

libra coin might be an alternative coin for the future, but not to compete with Bitcoin, because it's too early to say Libra to compete with Bitcoin, just to be an alternative to not become a competitor or replace Bitcoin,,

There will be no threat for cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin if Facebook Libra coin launch in the future. In whitepaper Libra coin is related to Bitcoin. It is good you were fixed and determine to buy Libra but in Europe some country has no interest in Libra and some of them already banned.
