And invited my 550+ friends too.

Very nice. I have been trying paid promotions over the past 2 days and they have been going really great.

Am open to doing boosted promo's for any Bitcoin business trying to grow in India at FB's credit cost with no margin for the launch.

The boosted promo results are:

buysellbitco.in: Spend: Rs 1900. 31K views on the FB page, 250 Clicks to the site, 270 post likes.
usb miners: Spend: Rs 1900. 18K views on the FB page, 100 Clicks to the forum thread, 50 post likes.

and that is with just 1100 members.

Looking for sponsors to run 1 month of promotions on the FB page across India. Anyone interested?
The rates start from Rs 350 a day to Rs 2K per day.

As a sponsorship benefit, FB IndiaBitcoin will waive 1 BTC from the cost of USB miners pack of 10. So instead of 3 BTC for 10 miners, we will pay 1 BTC towards your purchase of the first 10 miners.

Coinbase is not a good wallet. You don't control the bitcoin addresses there. You don't get private keys. They send out bitcoins from different addresses every time - making it hard to track.

Why not just use blockchain.info/wallet/ with 2 factor authentication on for security?

You can sign messages too if required from inside blockchain.

I prefer Coinbase or QT. Blockchain does not work well for me. Too many corrupt wallets.

+1. I use both coinbase and Blockchain. I like both of them. The fact that i can link my USA bank account to coinbase and buy coins within coinbase is the USP of the service and ironically it works out cheaper than mtgox or anywhere else.

I do not want to cause a confusion(About market competition, etc), so was wondering if I could get some community votes on whether I can sticky my Escrow thread in the Marketplace subforum.

I do get requests from people who want a sticky on their business/ trade posts, so I felt that it would be right if I asked as well.

That should not be an issue I guess. Also sticky will help people to find it easily.

Cheers
