Tuesday, October 8, 2013 Shipping Update
Jalapenos 4.5 and 5 gh/s: March 11, 2013 2 days shipped
Little Singles 30 and 25 gh/s: Feb. 6, 2013 1 day shipped
Singles 60 and 50 gh/s: Mar. 4, 2013 pay date 5 days shipped
MiniRigs: February 1 (1st 500 gh/s) January 14 (2nd 500 gh/s) December 6 (3rd 500 g/s), and All June-Nov, 2013 MiniRig orders complete. 3 days shipped
Probably the worst shipping progress in the last month.
Considering the large progress on Mini-Rigs in previous days and the fact that they are shipping multiple Singles in place of Mini-rigs, they are probably out of Singles boards or they have hit a real wall on orders.
Day 9 of "Two weeks or so" and things are almost at a full stop.

I just do not get how they can even continue doing business ? I am sure that there is some US customers with a shit load of money invested at the edge that could sue the shit out of them!!!! the EU or/And US consumer laws doesn't approve/allow what they are practicing in any way, but still everyone comes here and cry about it instead of doing something to get their money back.
If I had a minirig that supposed to ship earlier this year I would get a good lawyer to make a good case of how much money I lost by waiting, I would explain to the judge how mining works and what is diff.factor and the lost that they caused me by waiting.

They are not doing any business at this point.
What they have left is the knuckleheads who bought the new cards.
Once they deliver that it's the beginning of the end.
The funnel keeps getting more and more narrow because even though you are selling money making machines you can't piss on people forever before they walk away.
Their cloud mining operation will fail because it's priced wrong and modeled wrong.
Who would pay $10 a GH and have it be worth half as much in a month and worthless in 2 more?

Nope, no reason for the last 4 bans. The first ban was for "trolling", I linked the reddit Paypal thread on chargebacks ONCE. This account made it 2 posts before it was banned. Guess the old douchebag Josh has no sense of humor and does not take criticism well so he bans whoever doesn't fall in line.

Your estimates appear pretty close. Glad to see they are shipping lots of units though. It was definitely a huge backlog. At this rate they may actually catch up by the end of October, aside from the minirigs.
I would consider this good news for the bitcoin community in general, as people can soon focus their energies on productive endeavors as opposed to being mired in muck writing tirades over late preorders. Glad to see this chapter in asic developments coming to a close. It is tough to create an entire industry from scratch. BFL was not the first to run into problems, and they won't be the last. But I doubt any others will ever garner this much negative attention.

In 2, no more than 3 working days the shipping of singles will hit a wall and it will be June 23rd all over again. We will get to the first week of March by Monday/Tuesday time frame then it will take 2 months to get to the end of April.

As predicted, BFL has hit the brick wall in shipping and Singles, little singles and Jalapenos have slowed to about 1/4 of what they were shipping at, they finally are trying to catch up with Mini-Rigs at the expense of everything else.
After all this time you would have thought that they would try and get everything in Sync.
Not going to happen.
We are 1 week into Josh's "2 Weeks or so" to clear backlog to April 30 and shipping volumes continue to reflect (as predicted) that "Two weeks or so" will be the usual 2+ months.

Kind of reminds me of when Konstantine AG, which owns the rights to Downfall (the scenes in the Hitler parodies are from that movie) started to complain to Google and file takedowns. As fast as they were taken down, others came up with Hitler finding out about them being forced to be taken down.
Konstantine finally figured out that having your images as part of an intenet meme wasn't bad for business, and, in fact, the entire subtitled movie was/is available on YouTube. I know. I watched it. Spoiler: All the Germans in the bunker die, except for the secretary. (And, some say, Bormann, the chubby guy standing in the corner in the parodies. But that's another, tin-foil-hat, 75 years-ago issue for historians now)
