I have won amount and saying error no founds there is problem with website or we get scammed?

On blockchain.info it sais 0 confirmations, but blockr.io sais that it's confirmed. May fairproof uses the info from blockchain.info...

And when I type in 1.0 to withdraw it says: No founds

You should probably contact customer service. Make sure to screenshot all proof etc that you can use if this becomes a big deal. But I still can't withdraw.
