Yes, I read all the threads and now trying to figure out what was the problem.
There were no posts in our ANN till today, probably they were pre moderated. That is why we continued to post news.
Let's check out some facts:
- Poika5 reported a complaint in this thread on June 08
- 3 other forum members also commented on the problem on the same day
- You were active on the forum the day after, June 09, and even posted a new promo, but decided to ignore complaint and kept silent about it, till today.
- And, now you claim "There were no posts in our ANN till today". What exactly does that mean?
Thank you for your advice, we will do our best to solve the case. But, just to explain, I am not the support representative.
And yet, you are the casino representative for this community, therefore it is your responsibility to know everything that is happening here.
All I can do for now is to forward the accusation to the support team. If you think that your negative words will help to solve the issue - I don't think so.
My negative words are to warn other forum members, at least until the situation is resolved. No matter in whose favor, as long as it is supported by evidence.
