Yes, the most important thing is that the issue has been resolved.

As you can see, it wasn't that difficult, and all it took was a couple of emails or a phone call from you to the customer support to speed things up. So, in the future, I suggest you adopt a more pro-active approach from the very beginning. It's good to see that you already solved the problem but this issue will not go away easily and expect more pointing fingers when there’s minor issue arise. The fact was the delay on the payment is very long than usual and this is really frustrating to the player.

There were no posts in our ANN till today, probably they were pre moderated. That is why we continued to post news.

Let's check out some facts:

- 3 other forum members also commented on the problem on the same day
- You were active on the forum the day after, June 09, and even posted a new promo, but decided to ignore complaint and kept silent about it, till today.
