And just a headsup - the same practice continue to work at fairspin sadly. They delay withdrawals for days/weeks, without any worthy and meaningful communication towards the customer.

Yes! I got it! After freaking 23 days, thank you!

Now, retract your statement that fairspin.io is scam! When fairspin.io paid you on the 13th, you didn't inform anyone but when fairspin.io delayed due to suspicion, you opened a bitcointalk account and the first post you will ever write is this scam accusation. This is not fair. When things are done right, people don't acknowledge it. But when there is a simple discrepancy, people tend to give negative feedback. I rest my Case.

That's sweet Smiley You call "doing things right" after, against your own terms and conditions, paid someone waiting almost a month. That is absolutely not right. That is BAD.

Though, the issue have been resolved and I thank Fairspin.io for that, its important for companies, casinos or sportsbetting sites on the platform to know that, the best part to showing or proving your legitimacy to your customers isn't in your allowing to be deposit, place bets alone but more importantly, in the withdrawals. Gamblers bet with the hope of a win and that win should be credited when withdrawn as soon as possible. Yeah, the platform might face some challenges but but that matters very little to the gambler, especially an inexperienced on and the next you'll know it, your being called out just like in this case. Sometimes, stating the obvious might help answer silent questions but always endeavor a quick payment system and your image is protected.

It's interesting how you didn't see the messages in your ANN thread for two days, but you have no problems seeing and replying to posts in this thread just minutes after they are submitted.

If I had not wanted to help I would not do it right now
The reason for the sudden change could be because of the negative trust ratings next to your name as well as the big warning box that now appears on top of your ANN page. You want to get rid of that as soon as possible.

Anyways, the problem has been solved, and this thread can be locked I think.
aha, and the red flag is still above the ANN
so it is just the proof that solving it was my wish to help, but for the next time I  can easily skip it, as people on the forum think only about their problems.
Are you talking about me? It's not my flag, I have no idea how this flagging system works.

Edit:
Found it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=3409394

I think @Icopress needs to take back his support? But im not 100% sure.

Got it, thank you! sorry for bothering

Good afternoon, the issue is resolved, please remove the red flag.
He isn't the one who created the flag. Apocollapse did, but he isn't supporting it anymore. There are still 3 users who support it, including icopress who is in DT.

Maybe they haven't seen your posts yet. You know because of "pre-moderated" posts. Wink
All the massages appeared in the ANN today, probably they were on pre-moderation

Could take 20 or maybe 23 days before the pre-moderation stage ends. Who knows. After that, they will surely see it. Pre-moderation is a real bitch sometimes.

You can do whatever you want. I don't think you know how the forum works. I have never seen such a shitty statement from a casino representative. You didn't respond for the first 20+ days. If you don't want to maintain your reputation, it's up to you. All the forum members don't stay online 24/7. So, Expect some delay. Wait until they revisit this thread to see that this issue has been solved. Only after that, can they remove the tag and flag support. If you don't wait that long, Consider sending them a PM about this thread and ask them politely to review the flag and trust feedback. That's how the forum works.

aha, and the red flag is still above the ANN
so it is just the proof that solving it was my wish to help...

You can see that most of the members already removed their support for the flag, so your proof is invalid. As a casino representative, this was the least what you are expected to do, so don't try to insinuate that it was an act of goodwill.

...but for the next time I  can easily skip it, as people on the forum think only about their problems.

I find this a very worrying statement from the official casino representative in this forum, and it differs significantly from what you stated earlier: "We never ignore our players". [reference] I don't know if you are the casino owner or just part of the team, but if you don't feel up to the job, I suggest that either you stop promoting your business here or hire someone else to do so. Someone with a better grasp of professionalism and communication skills, who will act in the best interests of your customers and your company.

As you will understand, if you were in no hurry to solve the problem until community pressure, you can't expect us to remove the flag 5 seconds after solving it.

I have removed my support to the flag and I have left a neutral feedback but I tell you right now that with that attitude I do not predict you a future with great reputation in this forum.

That's because some community members no longer trust you and believe you might be capable of scamming. It's now up to you and your team to prove that issues like the one above won't happen again, and that you can be trusted with your player's money. Withdrawing support for the flag is a personal choice of every user.

At last, after 23 days you have got what you fought for. Good to hear that it has been processed. I hope fairspin does not repeat such an incident therefore still supporting the neutral flag in case in the future something arises.

the OP of the thread has posted twice on your ANN thread, on June 8 and 9. I am not calling you a liar but there is no way that you could have not seen them, especially when you posted an update about a new slot on your gambling site just under OP's post. unless of course, some kind of bug happened.

Lol, what your purpose mate? is there something that we need to do to satisfy you? stop hope to everyone will do it for you. I see that's you seems got hired by fairspin to defend them, the @OP don't need to admit or say anything since it's a valid accusation. As the negative tag has been removed, there's nothing should be worry, just waiting other people to unsupport the flag.

My friend, this is my little contribution to the bitcoin community. Every opinion matter. You are probably use to receiving only good remarks from people. If you are shown the other side, you may have a different concept about certain situations you find yourself.

Anyway, I don't collect money to view my opinion in bitcointalk. You can believe anything. It's a free world. But don't harm others when you do so!

I am really happy to help. Hope everything will be ok in future. Some delays can happen, and sorry that it took some time from our side here to solve the issue.
Would appreciate if you also confirm the withdrawal in the main thread

Thank you for keeping us posted on the situation. I'm glad that everything was resolved.

@Poika5, I suggest you update the first post and the title of this thread as well. It is common to put the words "SOLVED" in the title, and I suggest changing the word "Scammed" to something like "Withdrawal delayed ..." Now I see you've already done that.

Ok so, I think that in view of this it would be best to remove the flag but I will leave a neutral tag referring to this thread just in case for the future, what do you think?

I deleted my support for the flag and changed the negative tag to neutral.
