It's crazy to be so bad-tempered, just for a few dozen dollars.
The "violated" article simply states that you don't accept residents from certain countries, and Malta isn't one of them.
My residence is in Malta, so I'm allowed to play according to your TOS.

Now, with the support, you indicate that you refuse citizens of blocked countries, but in your TOS, you only block residents.

Since you seem to be sure of yourself, can you give the whole forum the article that states that citizens of restricted GEO's cannot play on Fairspin?
No article invokes this made-up rule, and worse than that, no TOS article contains the word "Citizen".

Now you tell everyone that I don't have a Maltese document.
Can you confirm that I sent you, in my complaint to MGA, a proof of Maltese residence, so a Maltese document, from a country accepted on Fairspin?
Can you confirm that I have sent support a Maltese phone bill, a Maltese tax statement and a Maltese rental contract for my residence in Malta?

They're totally not clear with their own rules, scam for only $70, don't expect a quality casino with that.
Play at Stake, Duelbits, Roobet, Rollbit or any other casino, no KYC required, instant withdrawals and great promotions.

Respectfully,
Fairspin!

How do we know you are a member of the fairspin casino team, because you are not mentioned in the ops that you have anything such as that, this is a rare case of inclination I am sure that it will be a waste of time if anyone that has issues on this casino should believe and take your words for it.
I am not sure your replies have anything to prove from the security teams and what are their resolution on players' problems.

Hello!

We are sorry that you have such an impression.
At this moment we would like to mention that all processes and “Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform are available for every member and guest of “Fairspin”.
Every member of the gaming platform confirms that they agree with “terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform and will follow it.
Exactly in the “Terms and Conditions” to which you agree upon registration you have been informed that verification of identity can be a requirement for successful withdrawal and withdrawal can take time for completion(also as all conditions that make withdrawal available).
According to the “Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform that you have mentioned “1.8. For various legal or commercial reasons, We do not permit Member Accounts to be opened or used by residents of certain jurisdictions”.
That is absolutely correct and you confirm that you know and agree with that point.
However you have documents of the restricted country on the gaming platform and according to this fact you can not be a member of the gaming platform.
That is a violation of the “Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform by you.
Even with the fact that you stay in a country that has no geoblock from the gaming platform you are still a citizen of the country that is restricted on the “Fairspin”.
Also pretty important to mention that you blame the Support Department for something that has no place - nobody has ever told you that you disrespect “Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform.
In fact that is a simple violation of that from your side.
At this moment all of your complaints and requests are being processed..
Gaming platforms have informed you about that.
Even with the fact of such a situation we are working on it and will inform you about every update.

Also we would like everyone in this thread and moderators to note that this post from this member of gaming platform confirms that indeed they have intentionally violated the “Terms and conditions” to which they have agreed upon registration

Respectfully,
Fairspin!

Do not play there! They are simply scammers.

First the website UX is ugly, KYC is necessary no matter the withdraw amount, withdrawals officially can take several days to be sent.
But why I played here then ? I had some TFS (their tokens) on Metamask, that I couldn't swap it on Pankakeswap because no one is using it.
So I asked the Fairspin support if I could deposit the TFS to sell it in USDT on site, they told me it was something possible, with a 1x wager requierement.
I accepted it and even wagered it roughly 5 times the deposit amount (about $55 equivalent).
I was even up +$15.

I wanted to withdraw my winnings from the website Fairspin.io but then they asked me to perform a KYC with a third-party system.
Thing is I'm French, but living in Malta for years now.
All MGA license operators or Curucao operators, can't accept French players UNLESS if the residence of the player is accepted.
Malta is obviously accepted by MGA or Curucao licenses.

Unfortunately, the system didn’t offer the possibility to perform the KYC with a French ID (my nationality is French),
even if I'm living in Malta.
Malta is accepted in their TOS.
Right after, they banned my account.
After a one-hour discussion with the customer support, the agent told me that I don’t respect
their TOS.
Their TOS is reachable at this URL : https://fairspin.io/terms-and-conditions

When I asked the exact article I breached, they gave me this one :
“1.8. For various legal or commercial reasons, We do not permit Member Accounts to be
opened or used by resident of certain jurisdictions, including Aruba, Australia, Austria,
Belgium, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia,
Germany, Greece, Islamic Republic of Iran, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova,
Northern Korea, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Saba, Statia (Sint Eustatius), Singapore,
Slovakia, Spain, St. Maarten, Sudan, Syria, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the
United Kingdom, the United States of America and Ukraine (the “Restricted Jurisdictions”).
By using the Website or the Games You confirm You are not a resident of or residing in a
Restricted Jurisdiction.”
This article can be read with this URL : https://fairspin.io/apb

So I've explained to their support that I'm living in Malta, and this country is not in the list.
I tried many times to explained them that they mix nationality and residence.
Even the article they sent me (that I apparently breached) gives the residence term : "We do not permit Member Accounts to be
opened or used by resident of certain jurisdictions"

When they understood their mistake, then they sent me this mail :

“Hello!
Please, do not forget that if the law of your country restricts you to use any type of the
sources but you are using it - responsibility is all yours.
“Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform set the situation clearly.
If you are a citizen of any restricted country on the gaming platform - you can not be part of
the “Farispin”.
From your side you confirm during the registration that you know that and agree with “Terms
and Conditions”.
That is a clear fact of the violation of the “Terms and Conditions” of the gaming platform.
At this moment the option that we have offered is still available for you and we are waiting for
your response to it.
In case of any additional questions or difficulties - contact us and we will be ready to help
you.
Respectfully,
Fairspin Support Department!”

This mail is clearly a proof that they are mixing “Citizen” and “Residence”.
In all the TOS, no article mentions the word "Citizen".
Yes, they refuse French residents, but they don't refuse Maltese residents who are
French (Nationality).

I started a procedure with MGA, Curucao and an official complaint with the Maltese police.
They rip me off for just $15 profit and a total of $70, imagine if you deposit more on the site!

Many people get ripped off, and even if it's just for a few dollars, don't be passive, take action!
Here's everything you can do to annoy Fairspin. With numbers, we can make ourselves heard.

1. Post your experience on their trustpilot page
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/fairspin.io

2. Submit an official complaint with their license regulator (Curucao Gaaming)

Their license : Curaçao eGaming (CEG, license No. 1668/JAZ)- B2C-XKZDE8FR-1668JAZ

3. Submit an official complaint with your government

Since when they are rejecting your withdrawal? Seems like Fairspin system has flagged your account as you tried to withdraw your deposit at first without completing the wagering requirement. There is no specific game to complete the 1× wagering requirement, you can play any games to complete it. Did they ask you to verify your identity documents? Can you post the screenshot of your conversation with their support agent?

Hello to forum,

i am new here just i would like to post my situation and solve it as soon as possible.my email on fairspin is [email protected] and nickname is player_485843.
So I’d like to tell my unpleasant experience with fairspin so far. The story goes as follows: I first created an account and proceeded with a deposit of $4000USTD . After navigating through the site I wasn’t completely happy and satisfied with the interface so I decided to withdraw my money specifically $3950USTD but it was rejected due to the term wage x1 .Nevertheless I tried to do the wagex1 by betting on sportsbook + casino(roullete). After that I tried again to withdraw my money but without success. Then I chatted with a support representative and I was told that withdraw rejected again by rule of wage1x by a provider(i did the wage1x and little bit more). To be honest the fact that I was in contact with Fairspin and needed their support as it’s their site yet they were constantly telling me about different providers is frustrating and unacceptable. (a note here i lost near 900 usd also on their site and still dont pay me..) I chatted again with a support representative and they told me that they will look into it and will send a letter. They didn’t explain to me anything..who is going to contact me, when I will be contacted.. NOTHING whatsoever. So what should I accept? Again it shouldn’t be so complicated on their side. Honestly, one of the most frustrating experiences but I do hope that it ends well.??

Can you provide evidence that you meet already the wagering requirements for your deposit? You can check your betting history and sum it all up as proof. Also, can you check the ToS on how they count wagers on different games? Some Casino counts wager on certain games in the wager, not 1:1 and do you include your profit on the wager count since it shouldn't be counted on your total wager? Most of the casino has an x1 wager and not reading the ToS is your fault. You will never have a problem and doesn't need to contact them if you play normally to reach that wager requirement. I really think that you still not meet the x1 wager.

I watched the video but it does not present a 60 BTC or $1M win.

Months after a stop of Fairspin signature campaign and with so many competitors running their campaigns, what are plans of Fairspin team to keep their business on top?

Another signature campaign or kind of promo events for Bitcointalk members is not bad.
I watch to verify and you're right. I think the total winning is around 420k dollars only since it's first win is $360k and then the last one is $60k. It was still a massive win though but can be achievable easily if one has a big capital. I think those who can be able to bet with a big base bet are only rich people or whale gamblers and it's not recommended or worthy to try for a poor or average person because this was still gambling.

Even though multipliers such as 100x look small and looks easy to get, sh8t can still happen sometimes. Their sig campaign have stopped/ended but they still have these email promotions that registered users are getting on their mail boxes. That could still work like a charm.

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
We received a newsletter from Fairspin that the player managed to win 60BTC ($1,021,186.89) in the Book of Fallen slot from Pragmatic Play the bet was 0.6BTC the coefficient was x100 and a link to a youtube video, if this is really the case, then we can congratulate the winner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lwmb6A_noEo

Wow, that is quite the win! Although we should take any kind of such videos with a grain of salt since they can easily be faked for the views. I would not be surprised if it was. But maybe that person was already rich enough as it is. Who else makes half a Bitcoin bets other than the rich.

Or it could be real. Fairspin themselves should confirm or deny the video.

If the video is real and he really won over a million dollars from a half Bitcoin bet, I do wonder how much has he lost before winning that one bet? I mean if he bets 9k daily then he may just have made the money back which he lost...

Is anyone else having problems withdrawing money or am I alone?

how much?
You have to be specific if you are having issues with your withdrawal,  some times withdrawal of big amount use to take time and can even be subject to other terms of service.

Some casinos ask players for KYC documents any time their want to withdraw huge amounts, like $5000 or above.
So if your withdrawal fall within that range you may face a little delay but try to contact their support to know what exactly the problem is.

Try to check directly on the fairspin gambling site because usually the casino has a section that displays high rollers or lucky wins, but unfortunately fairspin does not display information like that, it only displays real time bets, the player is brave enough to place a bet of 0.6 BTC on the slot because of the large amount placed so that the 100x multiplier can make him win a huge prize.

Yes, I also looked at their website and did not find such a section about both current winnings and large winnings at the moment, there is only a tweet about large winnings for the week in their twitter account and data on bets and winnings in truegame explorer on youtube.

You have to wait until they (Fairspin team) complete the investigation. We don't know what actually happened with your account. Did they accuse you as multiple accounts user? KYC verified account has nothing to do if you violated their terms.
Investigation takes time and support takes time too.

If after deep investigation by different teams including Compliance team, a final result is not different than the initial decision, that appeal can be invalid and the case can be closed. Mostly a trusted casino won't apply restrictions on their users carelessly because their reputation can be damaged.

They rejected my 400 usd withdraw and my friend who was trying withdraw around 1000 usd got rejected too. What is happening? Both account are KYC APPROVED.
I'm just wondering why it happened at the same time with you and your friend! Are you guys playing at Fairspin by using the same ISP? Have you used VPN to access the website?

What slots gives the best chance of winning?

The logical answer is slot games with the highest retutn to player. The higher the rtp the higher your chances of winning. But if you are looking for slot games that offer the chance to hit big wins (high multiplier) then you should opt for games which have high volatility. High volatility games are my favorite especially when you trigger the bonus round, you can see crazy multipliers.
Wind_FURY, I think the life time (3days) is the time after which the bonus will expire. So you need to finish the wagering requirement before that. I may be wrong, though.
Since slot is basically a game of luck I will opt in for games with high volatility since I know if I get lucky with a high multiply my winning amount will be big.

That notwithstanding above all I will also look in the direction of other games that are not 100% based on luck like slit but requires skills to I increase players' chances of winning against the house.

Slot games actually has the highest house edge among all of the games in the casino. Although it might have the highest return to player in wins per bet, the player will lose if he/she plays slot games with a large sample. RTP = High, but ROI = Zero with a large sample.

But, slot games are merely played for relaxation and entertainment, not for a skill-challenge and profit. Cool
