i am new here just i would like to post my situation and solve it as soon as possible.my email on fairspin is [email protected] and nickname is player_485843.
So I’d like to tell my unpleasant experience with fairspin so far. The story goes as follows: I first created an account and proceeded with a deposit of $4000USTD . After navigating through the site I wasn’t completely happy and satisfied with the interface so I decided to withdraw my money specifically $3950USTD but it was rejected due to the term wage x1 .Nevertheless I tried to do the wagex1 by betting on sportsbook + casino(roullete). After that I tried again to withdraw my money but without success. Then I chatted with a support representative and I was told that withdraw rejected again by rule of wage1x by a provider(i did the wage1x and little bit more). To be honest the fact that I was in contact with Fairspin and needed their support as it’s their site yet they were constantly telling me about different providers is frustrating and unacceptable. (a note here i lost near 900 usd also on their site and still dont pay me..) I chatted again with a support representative and they told me that they will look into it and will send a letter. They didn’t explain to me anything..who is going to contact me, when I will be contacted.. NOTHING whatsoever. So what should I accept? Again it shouldn’t be so complicated on their side. Honestly, one of the most frustrating experiences but I do hope that it ends well.??
Can you provide evidence that you meet already the wagering requirements for your deposit? You can check your betting history and sum it all up as proof. Also, can you check the ToS on how they count wagers on different games? Some Casino counts wager on certain games in the wager, not 1:1 and do you include your profit on the wager count since it shouldn't be counted on your total wager? Most of the casino has an x1 wager and not reading the ToS is your fault. You will never have a problem and doesn't need to contact them if you play normally to reach that wager requirement. I really think that you still not meet the x1 wager.
