Its really sad and disappointing investing in fake ICOs and bounties most annoying  is that their media hyping is a top notch such that its not easy detecting them even the so called ICOs review sites are not helping matters It could have been better if we could have a regulating bodies to clamp down on fake ICOs.

It seems good if there is a tool to detect fake ICO projects because there are so many who are anxious about the condition of many fake ICOs. If I observe, the ICO will succeed if the team really works in developing the project, but many ICOs are less serious in managing the project so that there is a failure.

I often participate with ICO that managed by trusted bitcointalk user, they must have a good idea, white paper and reviews on rating sites.

Just read and analyze their whitepaper. Check if the project's goal is attainable and realistic. Also consider on how they present their project. You may also do some background check on the campaign manager who will lead the campaign.

Most likely, we need government regulation of the ICO process. Fraud, in which millions of dollars of investors are stolen during an ICO, is a felony in all countries and government agencies are required to respond to it. It’s not at all clear to me why states do not react systematically to these crimes for so long.
However, the response should be, and soon all these frauds will disappear.

I often follow the famous bonus managers and participate in their campaigns. This also limits the scam projects. Also I look at the community on the social networks of the project.

It's a little difficult and complicated to know ico scam, especially like I am a beginner. But by researching the whitepaper, what real team or not and whether the telegram group is active or not, I think this also needs to be researched and watched out. Currently, it is still in the learning stage and exploring the potential or not.

Unfortunately, there are no tools that will help you in detecting fraud in the ICO. At this point, you should analyze and check with yourself. And if you have doubts about the ICO, it is better not to participate in such a project.

multiple references only about ICO da bounty I think is the best way to get it done. There is no tool that is able to detect a scam and only yourself can identify it. Indeed it's quite unsettling and many outstanding between ICO and bounty is real. carelessly chose alone would be bad against existing results.

Many ideas had been purported, but in my perspective, I feel the Bounty manager should be a very high ranking personnel on this Bitcointalk forum aside the white paper and the good working management Team to compliment.

It is hard to know if the ico or project is fake. We cant continue promoting the project if it is proven as scam project. We need to be careful on choosing bounty campaigns to avoid encountering fake ico and fake projects.

At present, ICO fake and scam projects account for over 60% of total ICO projects. Therefore, when choosing an ICO campaign to invest, it should be carefully selected, consult carefully about the ICO project on social to evaluate the potential of the project and then make a decision to buy or join the bounty.

You need to do some detail investigation about icos. That is not really easy dude actually
You need to check their team whitepaper investor project company adress etc etc etc.
Please be careful while you are choosing icos. You need to research really well also please follow some ico influencers for more information and experience about that section.

The best step would be reading the project's whitepaper since any information you might need will be included there. You then decide if the idea is too good to be true, and if it is, it probably is a scam. Check the team's linkedIn profiles, it can also give hints of scam.

I also think that the bounty manager should determine scam projects before taking on them. But unfortunately a very small number of bounty managers have a high level of project selection and analysis skills, so you should only trust yourself and always conduct your own analysis of projects.

I think the best thing you can do to combat these ICOs is to inform yourself well about what they are doing and try to investigate everything you can about the team that makes it, many scammers give false information that is easily verifiable on google, that will help you rule out many scams.

I have never heard about the tools that would help to avoid fraudulent ICO.But there are already platforms that are ready to guarantee all investors the safety of their funds in case of not fulfilling the conditions of the team that conducts the ICO.This platform is called W12.Maybe with the help of such platforms there will be more investors.Bounty participants to more carefully select projects they are promoting. It is better to spend 1 day searching for a good bounty than to take part in 10 useless bounties.Recently, everyone pays attention to quality and not quantity.
While the idea of such a project is not bad at the same time that is not going to solve at all the problem with scam icos, after all why a scammer is going to try to become part of that platform when most icos do not do that, besides in this market people are not really friendly towards centralization, so even if that were to solve the problem many people are not going to like the idea of just one company having all the control over the icos because that can lead to corruption.
Even most of the people when seeing a team of developers having real control over market supply is already a threat
a centralized company in a world where people always talk about decentralized is just sounds like a bootleg. better stay away.

With these kind of arrangement or system then Corruption would really be on high chances but i agree on what you do said that not all would really be friendly towards centralization.
Im not really trying to use up my mind too much on thinking on how to solve this global or entire market problem when it comes to Fake Ico.
