I don't think there are tools to detect fake bounties, but we can see fake bounties or ICOs by studying all the devices in prizes, for example, websites, telegrams and white paper, and marketing strategies that are too weak.

That is hard and important issue mate in crypto space. There is too many scam projects and bounties. You need to be experienced investor to detec all of these scam projects. You need to follow ico influencers and you need to do some resarch about their project and whitepaper. But it will be hard.

The best tools to detect fake ico's are own minds. Research, investigate, observe and analyze the project. Dont trust ico rating sites some of them are paid by the ico owners. Only trust yourself and even if you are 100% sure that the project is legit always invest what you can afford to lose.
