You should read white paper, join telegram group and see what people ask! You should also ask concerning questions you got, based on your knowledge from what information you earned on that project from white paper! I read some messages that you shouldn't trust newbies rank managers, I disagree with them. You just need to read and gather information on the project, some Junior ranked bounty managers, are very organised and brings a good result/reward to you.

It's simple, only do a bounty that you would put your own money in.

This means you have to take the time to research everything about the project.
Look into the team, the whitepaper, test out their product (if there is no product run away fast), talk to the devs, all of it.
I know this might seem like too time consuming and it is easier to just jump into as many bounties as you can.
But in the end, you want your work to pay off right?
You will get paid way more for a project that has long term success rather than a quick sell.

On top of that, your legitimacy in promoting good projects will go up.
This can translate into more reliable and profitable work for you as you go about doing freelance marketing.

Also, no one wants a portfolio that is only full of tons of shitcoins.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?

Try to carefully study in detail project in bounty which you want to participate. See website, development team, roadmap and white paper. Pay attention to bounty Manager and what his experience of  bounty companies. If he has red trust - look for which project he got it (not all bounty managers with red trust scammers). Check in Altcoins discussion topics which are discussed scammers projects. See here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cam-aeo-bitcointalk-4687372

Do not participate bounties announced by newbies or Jr.members , ever . In most cases , those bounties are scam and you'l just waste your time working there . Of course , Full member+ rank is not a guarantee of successful bounty but it gives you a good chances to receive your reward if you are following campaign rules. I can suggest you to follow those managers who have proved their honesty . This will help you to save your time and spare your nerves.

The first thing to do is avoid choosing those scam ICO's so that you can already take away your with those scam projects. The most important thing to avoid being scam is to determine what is the difference about legit and fake ICO. Try study about a particular project reading their whitepapers and platforms to identify wether this project is good or scam.

That's also a scam and honestly many people were really got mad to these kind of people , all they want is easy money , no matter what happen to other people , and these people are hardly to identify , it is better to have thorough research before joining to them .

Pay attention to how the collection of investments in the project takes place, if for one day they were able to collect about $ 30,000,000 for example, then such a project does not inspire confidence.

Today, a lot of information and articles are devoted to this issue. Therefore, it is difficult to give an unambiguous answer to this question, in each case, you need to carefully consider the study and evaluation of the project.

Learn to filter, not to rush thoughtlessly into each project. It's all expected, any work with time grows in complexity. And ICO is no exception.

The problem is that the newcomers choose the bounty campaign at random. In fact, first you need to carefully analyze the ICO, and only then take part in the bounty campaign.

If you only know ico and bounty scams it's best to say it to other bounty hunter so they will not be able to scam if they join if you join bounty to make sure it's legit so you do not have to work or work if you are scam.

the third check in every media covering the project, a good project is usually covered in various media.

All need a learning process. I've experienced a lot of scams in bounty but I made it as my experience. To distinguish a bounty scam project or not, you should study the structure of the ico project.

In fact, this is not an easy task, ordinary criminals can be easily identified by external signs, but bad distinguish steep and large ones from the outside, and even many ratings-agency give them a positive evaluation. Lips sealed Lips sealed

If you have participated in the bounty and it turns out to be a scam, then you can not do anything. forget it .
I have participated in some projects that turned out to be a scam. Of course, it's a bad feeling when you do a lot of work and it all ends like this.I' m  looking at ratings that are like: icomarks etc...

Get the scam ico, better leave it and look for more potential. Diforum is a lot of information with a variety of forms, so choosing the right one is indeed difficult but can be learned when looking at and learn the website, whitepaper, road map and team, and also the number of participants who have joined. All this to avoid the scam ico.
One lesson and valuable experience to get better ico and no scam.
