I think the best you can do is too spread awareness of these bounty campaigns and if by any chance you encounter a decent campaign manager then you may want to continue following him/her. Legit and high paying bounties are often managed by high ranking and seasoned bounty manager. I myself follow certain good bounty managers like Sylon and there are many more out there that I'm sure you will discover.

In the same way as you try to differentiate a good investment and a badly one. Working as a bounty hunter is an investment, not more not less. So search for informations from different sources to get an idea before to spend your time and energy.

I usually join bounties that are managed by trusted campaign managers and I find good bounties on web such as: https://bountylord.com/... and high rank on icobench!

If you encounter something fishy on project, you should avoid it. I am a bounty hunter and I studying the project for me to know if the project is promising or scam. Do not join to the project that doesn't have solid team and developers.

You have to research extensively the project before join to any bounty campaign. Read whitepaper and observe their social media accounts. On the other hand, team members are one of the most important stuff for project. Research their past works, linkedin accounts, etc...

These are important steps to avoid from scam bounties.

To a large extent, the success of the entire project depends largely on the composition of the development team. All of them should have a great professional experience. It's a big plus if they all have active profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn.
We must make sure that each of them exists in reality. Check if there are videos or photos from the office or maybe a joint photo of the whole team.

When signing up to a bounty you have to realise that to get a profit you need the ICO to be successful and the token needs to go onto an exchange. If it falters any stage up to there your bounty tokens are rendered useless.

As you go along on your journey being a bounty hunter, you will master how to know if a campaign is good or just a fraud. For me, it is ok to experience that because you will learn and never repeat the same mistake again. Me also, I am no expert in choosing which campaign. I simply trust the campaign manager.

Can you tell with everybody two bounties that you participated??? I also join in some bounties and I am very expected and beleive on them

Sometimes the fake bounties are presented as a reliable projects and have a beautiful white papers, hence the respected crypto currency experts can't recognize the scammers. I think that the best way to detect a fake bounty is to look at the team conducting an ICO campaign. If they hide themselves, stay away from these bounties.

I think most of us in this Forum experienced that too *Fake Bounty Campaign, Failed promises,not paying Ontime ,Reducing the Budget,Sudden Changes in the rules after the Bounty is done like KYC requirements all of this Annoying experienced has a purpose simply to make us more aware that not all is true sometimes we must used our minds and instinct to determined what is true or false.

Truly its a difficult one to say. Imagine working for months and at the end it becomes a scam that's heart breaking. However not that some of them have the intention to scam but may be their idea was not well passed to the public, leading to no much sales or hitting soft cap.

That is true. There are scam bounty campaigns and i also met several incidents like that. Further it is not easy to find a promising bounty campaign and i used to follow below mentioned procedure to identify the genuine bounty campaigns.
