I think he is just a fool that is looking for unnecessary publicity, and wants to go jail without committing murder crime because if he was in his right sense, he would not be using such national issue for publicity, now he has gotten disgrace instead of publicity. Right from onset, I never believed him though, who would even believe him anyway, I don’t know why he did what he did, but I feel he has mental disorder, and where I felt they need to take him to be not court but a psychiatric hospital where he would be looked at properly.I just wish that we can have the regulation that we requested for in cryptocurrency, I believe that all these shit would really stop then, and the way at which these people really use the cryptocurrency market to scam and do all forms of crimes will stop.

As much as I enjoy watching Faketoshi ignore the first rule of holes, I have to point out that court testimony is absolutely privileged against defamation. You can't sue witnesses for accusing other people of crimes, even if those accusations are blatantly false.

I think he deserve for that decision of the court, he clainm he is satoshi but theirs nothing contrete proof and evindence they can show to court claiming real satoshi. He wasting time of the court and if not wrong claiming identity is have an corresponding penalty.

It is not about having a prejudice over his personality, some media published that he is the person behind the creation of bitcoin and then he came forward claiming that he is Satoshi and proclaimed that he will provide the evidence that could cryptographically prove his claim, but he chickened out and did not produce any evidence regarding that after years of that claim and so is the reason everyone is skeptical.Anyway, I don`t care about him even he is Satoshi or not, as long as I can get money from his invention. Majority of the investors does not care who invented the platform as they look for profit and nothing else, people who are in this platform from the beginning who really care about bitcoin would dispute random claims without proof.

I think the court should prove first about the claim.by gathering needed documents but if the court or the other party could not prove it then it is easier for Craig to escape the case. He is pretty much going against all the 'old crypto establishment', so no wondered that he s getting into the biggest social media crypto shitstorm ever.
The weirdest thing about this particular section is the naming of names. Why would he bother? No one else has ever made these accusations and there's certainly no proof of anything. All he's done is open himself up to a justified legal pounding.
