TwinTurbo PM sent.  This is the first we have heard of a non-payment.

Hopefully just a PayPal issue. I've high confidence in your service and haven't had a problem yet. Once again, you guys prove to be top-notch in staying on top of support! My bet is on PayPal being the issue.

Anyone happen to know roughly how long it takes for PayPal to show funds in your account after FastCash has finished payment? My transaction completed hours ago, but PayPal still shows a zero balance. To note: I've been a verified business member on PayPal for years.

I thought I should post a follow-up; I just called PayPal and they say that no transactions have entered my account today, nor are there any pending. The amount was close to $1,000. So, I am not sure if the problem is on the FastCash end or the PayPal end, but you should proceed with caution if you are using this payout method. I will post a follow up to this post and explanation as soon as the issue has been resolved.

Edit: Just so there's no confusion, this was a precautionary hold by PayPal. The volume of transactions by Tangible Cryptography triggered the fraud team's system to halt payments. This yet again proves that FastCash is a top-notch service deemed worthy by many customers! Smiley

Update:

Bitcoind appears stable with the new wallet.  The old wallet was rather larger with ~3000 addresses (and another 5000 address keypool) plus couple thousand tx.

From my phone

bitcoind is down so site is unable to accept or update orders.

On the road will attempt to restart in ~30 min

Restarted the bitcoind.  After being stable for a month it has been really unstable the last 24 hours.  I replaced the wallet.dat with a new empty one and the server is accepting orders now.
Both me and my partner will have limited computer access this evening (bad timing cranky server and both of us have plans).  Please let us know if the server stops responding.

No coins are at risk we keep encrypted offline wallets with encrypted backups sent to a separate offline computer.
A failure of bitcoind simply means we can't "see" incoming orders/funds until resolved.

I will look at a better solution tomorrow.

Thank You,

Tangible Cryptography

I would just like to point out that Tangible Cryptography / FastCash4Bitcoins has continued to impress me with their fast turn-around on technical support. Earlier today I had some transaction issues which were not the fault of the website, but my bitcoin client instead. Tangible quickly returned my call, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

Tangible Cryptography; You guys are fantastic!

Funding Status (last updated 08/04/2012 13:00 EST)
Bank  Funds low (max payout reduced)               Adding additional funds (ETA 08/06)
PayPal  Funds high (max payout available)
Dwolla  Funds exhausted (no payout possible)       Adding additional funds (ETA 08/06)
Moneybookers  Funds high (max payout available)

We have a small amount of bank funds (ACH, checks, MoneyPak, etc) available over the weekend.  We should have more funds clearing on Monday.  Oh and for the record ... banks suck.

FastCash4Bitcoins should get a bank account at Veridian Credit Union (or some other bank that is adding Dwolla FiSync).  This is like Instant ACH.  This way a bank wire could be sent (or cash deposit made) and the transfer to a Dwolla account can be completed using those funds within hours.

Anyone know for sure ACH would go any faster?  Technically ACH only takes about 1-2 days both bank add a delay on each end making the process take 3-5 business days.  I would imagine that since Dwolla already has significant delays (our Dwolla ACH tend to take 1-2 days longer than the average ACH) they would just wait 4 days and collect free float.  Still it might be worth trying.
