The payout multiplier, high/low and win percentage have no bearing on the result; only the server seed, player seed and nonce are used. You already know your client seed and nonce; with the server seed you could pre-roll your results. If you knew what the roll results were AND ONLY bet at 2x multiplier then not only would your win and lose streaks not change but you would see them before they happened.

For anyone wanting to run some statistical analysis, the article at https://fastdice.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/9000012269-roll-results-1 has 5000 sequential roll results available.

Every roll is independent of every other roll and while there are % in place, there is no guarantee of anything, It is risky for us to have the house edge. over major rolls it would generally come down to match offered odds but in the short term anything can happen.

To get any data that is relevant the bet count should be over 100mil at least, the more the better. Anything under 1 mil can be off by a huge margin, even if we go up from there the trend can continue. It would be nice to see, but with regular rolling it will take way too long to see any results.

Pretty much this. You can never know when it will happen but you can be pretty sure that the longer you bet the bigger the chance that you will get a big loosing streak such as this one. This is where martingale really reveals its issues, For it to work you would need a lot bigger bankroll, then it is possible to win. There was a player on another dice site who used martingale and ended up winning a lot (he busted 2 times also due to the max bet) but was still up a lot after he left.
