can anyone here tell me how to set withdrawal manually i mean there claims will be restored and when they click the button withdraw that is the time there satoshi will transfer to there faucetbox account.
Standard script doesn't have such a feature. I believe that Minifaucet does: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/minifaucet-script-a-myfaucet-replacement-333748 . However read past few pages of this thread first, as this script probably has security issues.
Looks like we're under a relatively small (D)DoS attack. I'm working on mitigating it.

I'm experiencing some 500 Internal Error's with faucetbox and I think the API might also be affected, because some of my faucet's payments are declined.
Any info on this?

i really dont know i just follow the steps. also before it was okay.
You can always try just hardcoding it in the template file, bypassing the admin panel.

i have tried every thing when adding ads on the Template section and pressing the save below i got :
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

i tried doing the process from the start what seems to be the problem!?

It's a XSS protection of your hosting. It probably blocks all POST requests with
