I get paid within 10 hours usually with Bitcoin it takes longer but with DOGEcoin is really fast.
I don't like two option of faucetbox
1. more time for received a withdraw
2. the list of faucet not is update, more is dry

1. The withdrawal time is normal...48 hours...Blockchain is facing some issues due to stress test, but still I am getting paid within 48 hours from FaucetBox
2. Yeah, that is a problem....I have a faucet rotator and I know how hard it is to update 100 faucets...400+ faucets and 1 admin...blaming is futile

What do you mean? We're not aware of any problems.
Many faucets allow block io wallets for bitcoin, some do not, but my real question is why on https://faucetbox.com/en/list/LTC They say the payout are (example) 2447 litoshi I have a Block io wallet and it does not work on 99.9% of them.

That was already explained in previous thread. FaucetBOX.com only supports P2SH addresses for Bitcoin and Dogecoin for now. We're working on it, but we have no ETA yet.

No. It can take up to 1 week. Approving Doge faucets is not their only work.

It's always up to a week. It can take 1 hour, it can take 7 days, balance doesn't matter.

FaucetBOX.com is not a wallet. It's a payment cache for faucets. If we'd implement instant withdrawals for faucet owners we'd have to store wallets password somewhere on our servers. That means that if by any chance someone hacks in, we (and faucet owners too...) will lose coins from our hot wallet. Just because you wanted to withdraw fast. It's not worth it, withdrawals won't be instant, you have to remember that when you deposit and act accordingly.

Try 1.7 or 1.9. Experiment until you get it right how you want it. Like the dark colour
