hi there. i am using faucetbox and i find it was working perfectly. I receive my payments once every week, so i should not be getting this problem.
this is over 48 hours now and nothing. A few minutes ago the website i visited confirm the payment of 11,000 satoshis and i not seeing anything and more than 48 hours ago 2 other sets of 11,000 satoshis was confirmed too and i not seeing them, it is not showing on my faucetbox. So i have in total 33,000 satoshis accounted for. Can someone help me here please.

That is the minimum deposit amount; the minimum amount you can put into a FaucetBOX admin account to pay users. The minimum withdrawal amount for normal users is still 0.00013BTC.

ah yes, thanks for info.
i was checking faucetbox address for my faucetbox deposit wallet  Grin

why faucetbox increased minimum threshold from 0.00013 btc to 0.001 btc ??

Faucetbox is Micro-Wallet, not Faucet-Wallet.

if they not restore minimum threshold to old one, i may not use it anymore on my sites..

usually i spend +0.5 btc everyday to pay my members using faucetbox, but now i think to leave it because of their high threshold, my sites 'Direct' payout option now has lower minimum to be paid to my members wallets than Faucetbox..

Please admin, restore it...

I think the anti bot link script should be pre-installed in faucet box script because many users who have lake of programing knowledge face the problem of integration of anti bot script in faucet box.

If they are too lazy to install it, they will be too lazy to add their own puzzles.

If they don't add their own puzzles then it will be useless.

The latest version is way easier to install than the previous ones (unfortunately it breaks the fb anti-adblock ... I'll need to fix it in the next version ...).
The old version is also nice and work effectively but the users mostly do one mistake that they don't make their own different puzzles that results bot passes anti bot security easily.

most faucet owner who says bots are raping their faucet even after installing anti bot script because they don't understand that why the anti bot link concept was developed and they continue with default puzzles.

It would be interesting if someone pointed more references regarding the profitability for those who manage these sites,
there are not much information about in the forum, it seems.

Have to agree. I'd like to start a project for my kid to deal with.  I think I just spent an hour + looking over these posts to get an idea. Guess, I should of wasted the time on google  Undecided

Lately, I can't sign in with one faucet, my address is block and I can't get the reward. Why?

You have to ask owner of this one faucet. Every faucet can block addresses independently.

The sucess or not off faucets will be always on the admin hands, the community will support the project, but the question is you will need to manage income with outcome, get a good network to monetize your traffic. There are several faucets opening all days, but the most are being closing the doors, soo if were easy all of us would make a faucet.

Should i use reCaptcha or Funcaptcha to anti bot?

If you enable both and just select one of them as primary or default from your Faucet Box account, they will both be available to your users, with the secondary choice link under the captcha style that you selected as default which will be the one showing.

You can easily go back and change your primary choice and show the other for awhile.  Recaptcha account shows me a little insight to what level my spam traffic is, but funcaptcha probably more secure from possible bots in my option.

Hope you add antibot link to your script soon

Here you go. This seems to work well. Anti-Bot Links 2.00 Code

Thank you so much
Iam being raped by bot  Grin

remember to make your own word lists, else they are COMPLETELY USELESS!

yours own words or not, this anti-bot is useless.. at least try to use the version 500

a few more questions

how to identify bots?
this bots?

I enabled nastyhost and blocked digitalocean.com, coinshost.com, libertyvps.net etc.
Here is my error_log this is working correctly?

If it isn't a bot, is a guy restarting the modem to get a new IP, you can see more info about the IP's here:
http://www.iplocationtools.com/5.62.154.45.html
just replace the IP to what IP you want to check, and this other page can help too
https://www.ultratools.com/tools/asnInfoResult?domainName=5.62.154.45

So you can enable nastyhosts and block all ASN range from vpns/proxies/etc
Here's how I protect my faucet <3 nastyhosts
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bot-killer-anti-vpn-anti-proxy-new-1579484
and for example this ip 5.62.154.xxx (asn 29802) is already blocked here!
and the other ip.. 188.72.96.xxx (asn 199793) and 91.200.82.xxx (asn 199793) too Wink
Here's my ASN block list http://www.bitcoinamerica.com.br/portfolio/botkiller.txt
you are free to test any proxy/vpn on my faucet http://www.bitcoinamerica.com.br/faucet
be careful, it block some real users too..
you also can try to find a service against bots powered by felicita here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/protect-your-website-vpntor-api-shieldedcf-1577331

your way to identify bots is good, check mysql tables (faucetinabox_IPs) and check some "identical" ip's, put some ip's on iplocationstools and try to identify if it's a proxy/vpn/datacenter/etc.. 1st step is blocking big vpn services like OVH, QuadraNet, Digital Ocean, etc.. and keep expanding your list.

I don't know any reliable way to identify bots. You can try some guessing with:

1. comparing your payouts with Google Analytics. If you have significantly more payouts than visits as reported by Google Analytics, then you still have some bots on your faucet
2. temporarily changing your rewards to 1 satoshi. Real users probably won't bother to claim for 1 satoshi, so if you still have many payouts then you still have some bots
3. temporarily changing your captcha. If you see a sudden drop of payouts after changing captcha, then you still have some bots

Yes, NastyHosts works correctly on your faucet.

No problem. Those bots where skimming my Captcha, sending the SolveMedia puzzles to a Captcha Solving Farm, and making claims from multiple IP addresses without even actually opening my website. Mayhem with analytics, accused by ad campaigns for serving paid traffic, and captcha reduced to those stupid scrambled words instead of banners or video ads that payout revenue to my site.

I also use a non-intrusive Modar to further confuse the bots. They are dialed in to fill out all open forms and are confused by multiple fields. Thwart the bots...
