The technical support of faucethub has left me because it can not solve my problem so I lost all my cryptos. It is not professional.
If you do not know how to manage a site then do not do it! 

I do hope you reconsider the premium feature or make similiar what you had done with the ad space, paying accordingly the level, this would allow several faucet owners to promote their websites, kindly give a position about my sugestion and well if there are some improvements coming let us know.

I would like to know the advantages of buy premium nowadays since before as premium we could advertise every hour our projects and we would be disputing with others faucet owners to be showed into the top paying faucets, such as most people were into competition with faucethub network, till you close the most of your faucets.

When faucethub started i might be wrong but bitcoin value werent near what is worthing nowadays, besides that you had changed the rules for premium members, soo now all have to pay being premium or not to post ads, nothing against those, but we are paying around 3x more for the premium wich has no real advantages at all.

I know faucethub has growed a lot since the begining, but the premium feature has been reduced and we still pay the same as before when bitcoin had growed into bigger levels.....


Faucethub opened with bitcoin around 1000 dollars, soo premium cost were near 2 dollars, now premium does cost 15 dollars and is really not giving such advantages to pay such fee, even more if you consider the several faucets that are starting and growing have to pay the same as old faucets.....

The amazing feature with ads is we do have to pay much more then the premium membership to be able to promote our projects.... since before we could do around 5-12 post every day... (even more as the time online)***(( 90-360 posts monthly ))
level 1- 600 post monthly =150k satoshis
level 2- 300 post monthly =150k satoshis
level 3- 200 post monhtly=150k satoshis
level 4- 150 post monthly = 150k satoshis

Im asking to you reconsider or atleast consider adjust the premium cost or change some feature into it, because this way you are forcing all to pay twice for something in the past were included into the premium cost....

Just to know: after 11 days that I can not login now I can reset the password and write in the input data fields but when I click on reset, I am redirected to the site registration page.

I understand perfectly that it does not have to be simple but I can not log in since April 20th. I opened 2 support tickets and each time they replied that everything was resolved.

I have one simple question. Can we add our SegWit address for BTC and LTC to our FaucetHub account and whether FaucetHub supports SegWit?

Something is messed up with the forgot password function on Faucethub.  When I try to get an email to reset my password, I get the email with the link to reset.  When I click it it brings me to a blank screen that says "Invalid Token, The reset token is either invalid or has already been used"

Please fix this I really need to get into my account and I cannot remember what password I used.  It's been over 24 hours and the reset password is still not working. Help please!
