I just noticed that it seems I have two separate balances on this microwallet. One for faucet and one for 'other'. Why aren't these combined? They really should be.
Here I thought I could boost my account because faucets are just trickle coins, especially right now, and I found out that I was wrong.
And I'm sorry, but half those surveys don't award you (this isn't your fault, but I'm not going to spend 20 mins on a whim). I would have made the min required if they were joined. Now I have to find a tiny simple survey and hope I get the award just to get the 17k that Peanutlabs DID award me (which was 1 out of 3, btw, that's such a scam).
Guess I'll just use this for the occasional faucet, and wait 6 months before I reach the threshold. Yeah, I'm exaggerating, but I'm not too thrilled at the moment. It makes no sense why there are separate balances. I'm sure you have your reasons besides torturing your users though.
Otherwise, before this revalation, this site was pretty cool.
Hey there.

You were not wrong, actually you were right. The Offerwalls and games, chat etc. exist so you can boost your threshold and be included in the withdraws every Wednesday and Sunday

Our platform offers many unique services to get extra earnings such as chat "rain", chat tips, the 5 minutes lottery and the offerwalls. Profits earned via these methods are automatically withdrawn to your Primary Address in the same way as Faucet payouts. This process runs at 5PM GMT. Make sure to set your primary address to be able to receive your extra earnings.

I'm not in control of which survey/offer rewards you. FH's role in all this is the "middleman" role. If offerwall API tells to FH "give the user satoshi", system will do so.
All those surveys depend heavily on your location, gender, age, your income and other important factors for the advertisers who pay offerwall providers. If you don't qualify for some surveys, that's just depended on the info I gave you above.
You can't call their service a scam, if they simply can't reward you.
I agree that it's lame and they should state at start if you qualify for a survey or not, but that's just how they operate with their businesses.
If that depended from me, it would be done totally differently.

If you're getting tortured, I'd advise you stop using the service. It's just how the system works and has to work, in order to work correctly.
We hold no hostages on the site. You have your own will and you can do whatever you want.
Also, don't forget, main reason why FH why exists is the "micro-wallet" part. It was intended to be used by people as a microwallet, not a faucet or a torturing site.
Have a nice day
