On my other sites, there's a lot of people who come just to post a referral link, a bitcoin address or even spam for no reason.
There's no "official" rule on faucethub about posting addresses, but if someone posts randomly an address for no reason, it'll considered as asking for bitcoin.
Maybe Mod didn't follow the topic and you simply got chatbanned for that reason.

We have an on-site chatbox for multiple languages. You can chat with every user here and other faucet owners. Level up your account by paying out lots of people to make a name for yourself and be a high-level veteran FaucetHub Faucet owner!

For my opinion, this Faucet Owner chat are really a great thing to had. As a newbie, I really need a lot of advise and help. If the faucet got some sort of issue, for sure we need to find some solution to fix it as fast as possible. We may able to ask people on this bitcointalk, but the feedback maybe take a long time or sometime can take a days to fix it. But if we can ask the question on chat, its really can reduce the time for us to get the answer. This printscreen are take when me myself got some sort of issue on my faucet, and lucky there are some veteran faucet owner name hotcoins.cf willing to help me to solve the problem.
Thanks to mex who make this features on his site and also thanks to all veteran faucet owner that helps me a lot in making my owned faucet. You all the best
