This post reminded me the forum doesn't have a "Split Quote" button.

There's "Insert Quote", which does this:

I have no idea if it's easy to implement, but I'd like to see a "Split Quote" button that does this:

On a PC, I don't really need it, but on mobile, typing this is slow. This could also help less experienced users to use proper quote tags.
