Notice how your statement doesn't include any words about him being a deceptive fraud, serial liar, fantasist? He hasn't provided any proof that he isn't any of those things after people strongly suspected he was. How else could this case or any other be resolved? Someone accuses them of something with good reason to and they have to prove otherwise. Isn't that how trials work anyway? How else do you think this case should be handled to prove his wrongdoing? Do you expect someone to buy a coin so it can be sent of for forensic analysis and then maybe try get a subpoena to raid his 'workshop' to look for evidence before we can say he is guilty? WoodCollector may not have taken any money and not provided them with something so there has been no theft, but he's still a dishonest person as he has lied continually and the buyers did not get what they thought they paid for regardless of whether they were happy or not so he's still scamming people selling items fraudulently which is worthy of appropriate feedback.

The raffle didn't sell anything but 2 tickets. He delivered the water pipe to Protokol. What exactly is the scam here? As far as this invading other areas of the forum, I suggest you double check who is responsible for that. This thread itself is one of those instances. This is just a continuation of the previous shit slinging.
I think they may be asking for proof that he sent the money to charity, but this should be the least of everyone's concern but WC brought this type of action himself.
Your refractory tone tells me two things.
1. You have no arguments so you have to use my own and turn them back around on me and accuse me of exactly what I accuse you of (a very stale manipulation technique)
2. You are very clearly obsessed with getting some kind of retribution against me for whatever reason, because at every possible turn you make this discussion to being about me again (off topic, but who is going to stop you, you are staff right?)
This is highly inappropriate behavior for staff (or any adult for that matter).
Trials do not consist of a mob of people slinging accusations and harassing the defendant. There was no due process. Accusations were made, a mob rallied to harass anyone who disagreed, and simply because the timetable for releasing video for the impatient drama hungry mob was not met, therefore you and your ilk feel you have the right to continue harassing this man and anyone who supports him. Making a conclusion is not equivalent to evidence, and lack of your unreasonably high standard and time table for evidence is not equivalent to guilt. No, this is not at all how trials work. If it was you would be living in North Korea, not the UK.
As far as the charity, for one he didn't sell 20 tickets. The agreement I see posted says if he sells 20 tickets then he will pick a winner and donate 50% of the proceeds. 20 tickets were never sold for one, but he decided to be generous and give the water pipe to one of the two ticket buyers anyway when he could have just refunded the money. The total received would then be 0.2 BTC, none of which I think could be called proceeds, because clearly this would not even cover his costs. For the sake of argument lets say he should donate that 50% of "proceeds". That's 0.1 BTC. What a master thief he is stealing $21.50 from charities at a loss to himself! It was the perfect crime! By all means, please keep engaging in idiotic witch hunts against this user, it only demonstrates how thirsty you are for drama and retribution without any sort of due process. Don't let facts stop your pursuit of harassment and self gratification.
