Sounds like or similar to gambling like you bet already all in even you don't know what really can happen and you do it for luck only or base in that,when i'm newbie i only invest a little here like 0.001 btc evey week then after i earn in that i will invest again 20% in my earning here in my crypto trading so even i lose i can handle it the lesson in your post is don't risk all in then study it first or try it in a little only but the problem is btc is falling day by day

I wouldn't even think about selling at this point, you are already at a loss, don't make it any worse by selling now. Indeed, the market is in a pretty bad state currently and I can imagine how anxious and stressful it can be, especially for long-term holders with a large sum of BTC. The only thing I would suggest is patience, we cannot predict whether the price will recover soon or not to fully recover your losses, but at least make sure you wait a few months before taking any action. In the worst case scenario, try to cut down on your loss. but the problem is btc is falling day by day

the price is going to be pretty bad till that whale in japan uploads all his coins .He still has another 180k to go .If you dont need the money for soemthing desperate keep on to it are transfer it to a altocin with potential .Maybe something like waves ir kucoin shares where u get passive staking income till the prices rebounds again

At some point when bitcoin was "down" to about $350 per I gave out a bunch in 1/10th pieces (not one regret in doing that).
It has been a ride and a half and will continue to be.

Don't think in terms of the potential gain - it is harmful and destructive - it is obvious that none of us can tell the future and predict the best time to sell Bitcoin.
As long as you hold bitcoin there is potential to grow, unfortunately, we are having a hard time now - with all these negativity towards bitcoin and FUD flying around.
Facebook, Google and now Twitter banned crypto-related ADS (we can think shitcoins for that!) and we will need to wait for quite a bit to wipe this bad press out.

Well I think you should have a little bit more patience to keep holding it. As of now, you say you already lost around 5000$, so if you sell out your btc you won't be able to recover it and when the price goes up again you'll regret selling it.
If you see the history of btc, it has already gone up after dropping, so we just need to give it some time to go up again.

There isn't any reason to sell Bitcoin. The price is declining all the time even though there aren't as many negative news as positive ones. People simply started to take FUD too seriously which results in constatly loss of Bitcoin value. If I were you I would try to stop reading about Bitcoin if you are only interested in money. If you are interested in Bitcoin then you should focus on educating yourself, it will eventually recover in the next few weeks. Look at the Bitcoin price history and you will see that a situation like this isn't anything new.
I know how you feel but you need to hold your bitcoin and be more patience because bitcoin will recover soon. Control your self not to sell your bitcoin because its is normal in this industries and if you have extra money you can used this opportunity to buy more while its on dip as a believer of bitcoin after the big dump for sure bitcoin will rise again.
Many people here are same as you. I am personally holding bitcoin and I wish the price was higher.
Assume that you have sold your bitcoins. What will happen next? I am sure that you will feel more depressed than now after a big loss. But now you can hope the price will rise. The possibility of price rise is very high.

Don't be mate. It's just how this market goes. This similar incident happened last year when Bitcoin fell around the 5k mark, only to see it rise to staggeringly to around 17k even to 19k dollars in just a span of two months. Therefore, even if you feel that you have already lost a good 5k dollars due to what's happening now, as long as you have your coins in holding, you can't say that with finality. Just be patient and wait for it to rise up, if you're patience is already on the edge, it would be a better idea if you would dispose it for profit as soon as you break even with your investment. Just for the peace of mind.

keep calm and dont panic bro. you can try to invest your bitcoin for another cryptocurrency or altcoin like me now lol. I do not want to bother with the current bitcoin price, therefore I invest some of my bitcoin in another cryptocurrency or altcoin. although still influenced by bitcoin prices, but I still benefit from it. indeed the profit is not as great as expected but it does not matter as long as I get the money LOL but the problem is btc is falling day by day

If price of bitcoin is really falling don’t be depressed it will increase surely, so you can wait. And I’m not sure that the price is too low. It could be for time being.
You should never be depressed for holding bitcoin and if you are thinking that price has gone down now and if you had sold at the right time the you had made good profits but there is nothing to worry as price will reach on the top once again in next few months and the same holding will give you great profits and at that time you will be really happy for not selling your bitcoins at the wrong time by getting panic and holding it till the right time.
If you have loaned the amount to buy Bitcoin then I would suggest to plug the loan as soon as possible if you can hodl for sometime without the price reduction for the near future than hodling earns you best.Still it's sad you bought at such an high but there are too many people you have the same faith as your. Trust your decision and hold on to your dear life the Bitcoins you have for now.
You don't have any other option, you just have to hold your Bitcoin and be patient. You are not in a loss until you sell your bitcoin and realize the loss. Just wait for a few weeks and you'll see the market recovering again. During current time holding is the only option.
It is not hard to not think badly about holding bitcoin. I am in a bad situation, where I have invested about 25k Euros in mining rigs and I see daily amount in Euros from total rigs is going down everyday. I am optimist though, I believe that the price will rise and not only will get my ROI back but I also will make double of the money I have invested at least in the near or not so near future. It is all psychological, I just have a peace of mind that I will continue mining and will keep my bitcoins no matter what happens.

Yes holding bitcoin for long period is very tough and very hard so we can sell it quickly but selling bitcoin in a short time it will not give you profits holding long term is very hard we need some other bussiness to earn monthly .
You have taken the risk when you first bought the coin. Obviously the risk is totally logical. Fact is, if you sell now, you are gonna lose a lot. Patience is everything in Crypto market. So, I think you should stay tight and hold it. Market will pay you big-time for your patience.
