You earned few coins because maybe the project has a lot of participants and a lot of people share to a fix bounty pool. Wait and hope for the coin to pump in the future, sad to say but the coin is useless for now.

Participants limitation need for bounty campaign. A lot of participants join a campaign and everyone get a few coin as a bounty work payment.
Smart bounty manager feel about bounty hunters. He fix the limit of participants.

if you get a coin last year, but you are still confused about selling or holding, you should join a telegram and see the development of the project there, if the team is still active to make a lot of development your coins still have hope to have high value in the future but if the team is inactive then the coins you have will probably die soon

Honestly you can either do intelligence and analysis concerning the potential value of the asset and wait, if not - sell them for rocks and in some cases these assets could be utility tokens of some projects.
Then you can use services by paying with the tokens you have.

It all depends on what kind of token it is. but I think that if your tokens price are nothing, then the project doesn’t realize itself

Now the bonuses are delayed and delayed so much, so I have not been earnest, although I just want to be lucky, but the reality of the market is no longer growing any more.

if you're sorry to sell your coins due to the low price, then do not do it. nobody makes it. I also have campaign coins that are either cheap or not yet traded, but I keep them. that before using coins then you need to read about the project and where you can use its coins

I have a few coins I earned from doing bounty campaigns last year and they're pretty much useless since its worth is only like less than a dollar. I don't wanna just dump it because I worked hard for it but I can't exactly sell/trade it either.

So my question is, is there anyway I can still make use of these coins?

I think you should post the name of tokens here. Some people can help you to evaluate its potential. But as you said, those tokens are become the dead-coins now.

Just many projects have not yet released their final product. Look at the roadmap many of them have finished product output only in a few years. So what good price can we talk about? Such coins will have a good price only when the finished product is released.

Many bounty hunter working hard but gets reward/token at low price. So they hold that, some token they sell. If you are one of bounty hunter then you also got that. I suggest you please sell the coin after some days. Maybe the value of those coin can be increase.

You can keep it. Although it looks worthless now. But who knows what will happen in the future? At the beginning, the price of BTC was very low. So hold it. Maybe it will change your life in the future.

You can hold them for now, and then sell them to some kind of crypto numismatist, I think there are such people even in this area!

There are two implications to this question.

1. If the coin is in the market and listed in a good exchange, then there is need to wait because the market now is nothing to write home about.
2. If the coin is not in the market and not listed anywhere, it is as good as forgetting it.

All the same, the Dev. of such coins could wake up some day to pursue the goal of their project and resurrect the coin. So it is good to wait patiently.

The market is really now very unfavorable to all and sundry. Earnings from bounties have dropped in their value to the extent that it's pointless trying to sell them. I recently received bounty payment from UCHAIN, and it's worth in the current market condition isn't more than $15. I have just decided to hodl, hoping the market bouncing back and the value increases. So I think you should simply hodl

it is worth putting them in long hold, because I am sure that now you can sell them only for a very small price

maybe their ICO isn't successful and the project doesn't work, so their coins become worthless, and you get a small amount of coins. many factors make coins worthless. There are some collectors who buy coins, but sometimes they buy at a price lower than the market price

Right now the market is in a bad shape, so it may not worth selling (it may even be under some exchanges' minimum amount).
On another hand it depends on the projects you've advertised. If you do believe they're good projects, some of those coins could rise nicely. If you joined blindly, it's a gamble and probably a good number of them will turn into dust very soon.
