England dominated from the start so it was difficult for Iran who lost in competitive quality and just kept defending and playing counterattacks. Even so, I appreciate the 2 goals they scored in this match, although there is a bit of regret for not seeing Kane's name on the scorer's list for England.
Right now I'm looking forward to another game between the Netherlands and Senegal and I'm optimistic about the Netherlands in this match.

England won a very big score 6-2, at least Iran's game was better than Qatar, Iran almost scored the second goal and in the end at the end of the match Iran actually got a penalty kick, if before the Iranian players scored a goal and did not hit the goal mister , then it would have ended 6-3, but luck was not on Iran's side..

The match just ended and England has won the match by 6 goals to 2. Iran just scored through a penalty after a controversial VAR check. England have had a good time in this first match winning with a whole lots of goals. But the Iranian team have been able to score two goals. This might be a pointer that the English team are very active in the attack but the defense would need to be reinforced. If a team like would be able to score two goal, then a better attacking team might score more goals. A big congratulations to the English team and to Bukayo Saka specifically for his brace today.

It is another achievement for Jude Bellingham but it is not surprise. In this season, in Dortmund, Jude was motivated by Dortmund coach to play like Thomas Mueller. That helps us to discover an ability to take advantage of open space and smell opportunities from Jude. In addition, he has good ability to convert chance to goal.

He will make his decisions about his career after World Cup and this goal is a good start for him in this tournament.

I expected a little more form Iran and what I've been seeing here is been nothing short of a disappointment. Iran is way better tha what they are giving here. I don't know if there first choice goalkeeper would have made much of a difference in this game and am not entirely blaming most of the goals scored on the goalkeeper, like in the first half, there is little any goalkeeper would be able to do about the goals Rngland scored but the second half goals was something else. Like what was it with the defence in B. Saka's second goal, letting him handle the ball all the way, same thing with M. Rashfords goal and now, J. Grealish have got his. 6 goals for a first game and they've got few minutes of play time on the clock.
