Indeed they’ll be proud of how far they went in this competition, no one ever expected them to make it this far and they’re also the first African team to reach this stage. I was quite surprised by the resistance given by Marocco, even though Marocco was in a defensive formation with a 5-4-1 pattern. even so, it didn't stop them from always trying to put pressure on to equalize by appearing all out. and even though their current opponent is the reigning champions, Marocco continues to go all out despite having some pretty cool chances. unfortunately, they were unable to convert to make it a goal.

Every disappointment there is a blessing but I don't know where the blessings will come from in this case. Morocco just disappoint me. Though they tried their best to make sure that they scored France but all efforts were null and void.

This is one of the match in the world cup tournament that I was having a full hope for Morocco to win. Now Morocco will take the 3rd place of the tournament. While France will take the cup. That is my prediction again.

Some of the chances couldn't be controlled properly for a chance to equalize, there shouldn't have been a second goal for France if some of those opportunities were used for hard shots on target, the Moroccan attackers didn't have many shots inside the penalty box, but however Morocco weren't lucky in this match but the players are still enthusiastic and optimistic about trying even though they have conceded 2 goals. But you are right, they have proudly represented the continent of Africa for the semi-final match, history has changed that morocco will potentially do better in the next world cup match.

Not actually as sad as you have said. They played very well against France which many people including myself didn't believe. The luck of goal wasn't in their side. I also didn't expect them to be pressuring for goals if not for the early goal they conceived. They would have continued with their all.attack all defence method of playing

Actually people expected a different game but Theo Hernandez scored very early and France didn't have to attack much. They gave the ball to Morocco and that blew Regragui's plans. Morocco normally defend but this time they saw their own strategy against themselves. Even though second goal came late France never looked like they lose this game. They didn't have the ball but they had the control of the game. We also saw experience difference. Morocco had good attacking players like Ziyech, En Nesyri and Amrabat but they couldn't score. Morocco conceded only one goal until this game and they conceded two today, when you conceded two goals from France basically you had no chance left.
Congrats to France, they deserved this final. It's not easy to make it to finals back to back, they made a rare achievement. We'll see what happens in the final this weekend.

Yeah, they had a lot of opportunities but I just don't understand why they were unable to get even 1 goal through, it seems to me they weren't relaxed, and the second goal they conceded was majorly out of carelessness, they left spaces wide open and mbape being so fast took the chance and turned it into a goal, it was so sad watching France second that second goal.
Morocco have done their best, though they didn't make it to the finals, making it to the semi finals was already a good achievement for them, it is their first, just that alot of people expected them to make it to the finals since they were already here, but like you said, it seems luck was in indeed not on their side.
I wish them better luck in the next world cup, and a big congratulations to France and their supporters, and so good luck to them battling it out with Argentina in the finals.

I always feel like betting on the favorite to score is such poor odds. People tend to bet Messi, mbappe, etc which skews the odds in the wrong favor. I haven't found it but I wish I could bet the other way betting that those individuals don't score. Either way the final is shaping up to be a great show. Will we see Messi bring it home or mbappe added to his already historic start to a career.
