Argentina have prepared very well for the game against Croatia... I expected both teams to score, but I was unlucky... Lucky for those who had no doubts about Leonel Messi's team... I'm looking forward to the Argentina vs France game in the final... Hopefully the French will repeat Argentina's game tomorrow and we'll have a great final waiting for us...
By a score of two, Argentina scored against Croatia. I Am astonished and shocked that Argentina scored Croatia after picking Croatia to win consecutively. The fact that their opening goal was a penalty gave them a leg up to score a good goal, which they accomplished. Although I don't like Messi or Argentina after what happened to Portugal, I prayed and hoped for Croatia to score in the second half to tie the score. This world cup is one of the finest ones I've ever watched, full of entertaining and challenging to forecast.
I also placed my bet on Croatia. But it looks like Argentina really excel in this match. Croatia lost the ball more often in this match. maybe the mentality of the Croatian players was a little disturbed after the goal from the penalty in the first half. now is the 67th minute and the score is still 2-0 with the advantage of Argentina.I am not sure what gave you confidence to place your bet on Croatia despite that both of them won Quarterfinals with penalties that favored them but I think it was easy to choose between Argentina and Croatia because naturally, Argentina is a full package team that are hungry for this World Cup, they have the strongest defense, forwards with the most speed and midfielder with good attacking.

I'm not surprised argentina won this match. but what surprised me was that the usually calm mentality of the Croatian players was lost in this game. even if we look at the entire Croatian match then we will see that Croatia's game in this match is very much different from their usual game. but Argentina deserved to win. and I'm also happy with Argentina's victory which led the legend Messi to the Final. Argentina and Brazil in this semifinal would have been a better game with more excitement and suspense, it is more obvious that Croatia were just lucky against Brazil. The game was boring most of the time and Croatia were just good moving the ball around, but not scoring goals and not defending well. A team like Croatia has come to the semi-finals, it is really unbelievable, but there is nothing to do. Brazil lost the match that day because of the goal keeper of Brazil. If Brazil could have come to the semi-finals, then everyone would have seen a really beautiful game. Everyone wants Brazil and Argentina will enjoy a game between these two teams, but it didn't happen. But all in all, Argentina played a great game today.
There is nothing to be surprised this much about Croatia actually. Because they were already one of the finalist teams in the 2018 World Cup. Maybe they couldn't make it to the championship but it was still a great achievement for them. They were experienced and they knew what to do here as well. Their strategies against big teams also worked until facing Argentina. This match could have been much different than this as well. I dont know how Croatia is playing this sort of football. I mean, they are way better than this. Yeah, there qualifiers to this round of the world cup has been based on penalty shootouts but, they've got more quality than the Argentine side. They've been the domnianside of the match and ought to be taking chances but have got little less than nothing to show for it. So far, just possessions with 1 or 2 balls on target, the rest have been deem dangling around the Midfield and a little forward moves that came down to nothin.
It is an Argentina finals from the way it is and is France to join them tomorrow. Maybe France will get to return home with there cup after all.

I don't think Croatia can perform any magic to win the match again, Argentina just scored their third goal and the match is already in 80minutes, their is still pressure on Croatia so anything can still happen, Argentina can still add more goals against Croatia before the match ends. The match is a easy one for Argentina, I was thinking even if Argentina is going to win it will be a tough match for them, but the match is a easy win for Argentina. I think these is one of the easiest match which Argentina have played since the world cup started.
argentina players can play comfortably because mentally croatia players have lost. so croatia really played badly in this match. This is not the usual Croatian game. while argentina is now focusing on defense and of course making it more difficult for croatia to get good opportunities to score goals. and now it's in extra time and indeed miracles are not likely to happen. Croatia played the first 15 minutes good then all changed. Messi scored a goal from penalty then Alvarez run almost 60% of the field alone to score the second goal. Now it is almost an own goal by Croatia.

I think the Argentina - Croatia game is really likely to end up with penalties. Croatia seem to have the strength to have another similar game to the Brazil one. Brazil were also a very powerful attacking team but they had big problems on dealing with Croatia defense and their goalkeeper at the same time. Livakovic was even the man of the match.
Argentina will need to play a very effective game in attacking. They need to be as precise as possible to break the lock of the game early. The more time they don't get ahead the better for Croatia to keep the game balanced.
