Until now there has been no official announcement from FIFA regarding which country will be appointed as the host for the U-20 World Cup after previously Indonesia would act as host[1].

It is very likely that the country that will replace Indonesia as the host for the U-20 World Cup is Argentina. The country that won the 2022 World Cup in Qatar is rumored to be better prepared, as has been reported in various media.

I guess "Argentina"

Since they said, they're ready and can provide the facility. However it's up to "FIFA" to take decision, but my potential is Argentina they can get the honour after wining the World Cup (Off course, this is just my speculation).

Still waiting the decision.

looking at these 3 countries i see argentina as the best destination to organize the world cup, because argentina has always shown that they are a country with a good national team and with many famous players and also argentina has good financial conditions that could make the event was a great success, the teams in argentina have good soccer fields, argentina has a good soccer league, while peru does not have a great national team if we compare it to argentina, peru does not have a league as good as that of argentina, peru does not have many good famous players like argentina, peru does not have many good soccer fields like argentina

and about qatar, also qatar doesn't have a good national team like argentina, it doesn't have famous players like argentina, it doesn't have a good league like argentina, i don't know how are the stadiums in qatar, but i assume they must be big stadiums because they they are a very rich country, but they don't have a good league, they have good hotels and a lot of good infrastructure, if fifa uses money as a main factor then qatar will win, because qatar has a lot of money and has big luxury hotels and cities with excellent conditions, in this part it is undeniable that they would be the winners, and fifa takes money more into account, fifa likes countries that are willing to spend a lot of money on these events.

in my opinion, qatar is the favorite, but as qatar was the organizer of the world cup recently, so fifa will not choose qatar, it will choose argentina because it has to give opportunities to other countries, but in a normal situation, qatar would win easy

As Indonesian, it was a very sad news when FIFA decided to remove Indonesia as a host of the U-20 World Cup. I lived in a place where I can watch some matches live in the stadium if it will happen but it is just like a dream now.

Coming up to the question which country will be the host, I think Argentina is currently the most potential one. They are not qualified so they can participate as a host and it will be replacing Indonesia position. Talking about winning chance, it is hard to predict for me as I'm not following U-20 except my own National team but maybe the winner will be one of European teams.

Regardless of what I explained above.
Which country will replace the host of the FIFA U20 World Cup?
Which country will win the FIFA U20 World Cup 2023 ?

I believe that Argentina has a great chance of organizing the U-20 World Cup, an opinion that is also very much shared by the president of FIFA.
The candidacy of the current world champion is quite relevant, as this country has a great chance of being accepted for fulfilling all the requirements demanded by FIFA.

Brazil also presented its candidacy, but I don't believe they will be able to host this championship, as they have already "benefited" recently as hosts by hosting the main FIFA championship.

However, Argentina did not qualify for the tournament, could they host the championship without participating?
There is also England and the United States, which are the other candidates and have also qualified for the competition.

For now we can't be sure of the host. Among the three (Peru, Argentina and Qatar) now Argentina have submitted its bid to conduct the U-20 World Cup. Mostly Qatar will win the bid, and I predict it based on the country being the host of the last FIFA World Cup. Indonesia have got a good opportunity and it have missed it due to the political conflicts. It is really a big chance being missed and the sufferers will be the young football aspirants of the nation. Now FIFA have frozen funds for Indonesia Football association. It is nice that almost every continent have got similar number of countries participating. I'm not sure of the winning team, mostly it goes to an European country or to a South American country.

FIFA has appointed Indonesia as the host for the U-20 world cup since 2019. Indonesia is trusted to host the U-20 World Cup for the year 2021. The U-20 World Cup in 2021 has been postponed to 2023 considering that it was still busy with the Covid-19 pandemic .

However, on March 29 2023 through the official website, FIFA removed Indonesia as the host for the U20 world cup 2023 . FIFA's reason for removing Indonesia as host was because after the tragedy at Malang's Kanjuruhan Stadium which killed 127 supporters on October 1, 2022. The same thing happened on the playing field when Israel fired tear gas at a match in Palestine. The attack took place during the Balata FC vs Jabar Al-Mukaber match in the final of the Abu Ammar Cup at the Faisal Al Husseini Stadium on March 30. Source: fifa.com, the-afc.com

This reason led to various public perceptions, because FIFA never spoke about the U20 world cup after the incident. However, FIFA decided to remove Indonesia as the host after several figures in Indonesia, including the public, refused to allow Israel to participate in Indonesia's U20 world cup 2023 . The decision was taken after a meeting with the PSSI president, Erick Thohir.
