Lol!

careful now, BadBear and S3052 wouldn't want you to make this thread too popular esp. since you're the one tasked with keeping a lid on my posts. Tongue

I see this thread popping up regularly at the top in my 'new replies to your posts' section but I am not interested.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? (without removing the posts I made here, or is that the only way?)

click unwatch

That removes it from the watchlist if it is on there.  He wants to remove it from the "Show new replies to your posts".  The only way to accomplish that is to delete all your posts in the thread.

Thanks a lot notme.

I must say that I find it unfair practice to bump that thread so frequently. If intended or not, it provides an advantage to others, including me. I have refrained from doing that regularly, but we only have two choices:

Get a moderator to intervene with cypher docs practice or if not, we will likely see all analysts bumping their threads more and more.

I don't want that and I also don't think we should ask people to delete all their posts just to avoid this issue. This is just my honest pov.

well you know S3052, we all are unhappy with the way our competitors handle things sometimes.  here are some of the issues i have with your thread:

1. labelling your sub #1.  what do you base that on and what proof do you have?  waveaddict already complained to you about this to no avail.

2. proclaiming correct calls throughout your thread when they might not be true. its easy to give both an up and down scenario and then claim that you were right.  notice how i never brag or pump my results in this thread.

this is not such a huge deal for me which is why i never commented about it.  but since you made your comment here, and since it appears you were the one who complained to BadBear, then i thought i'd just give my POV as well in response.

edit:  btw, i am limiting my bumps to once a day now, if that helps.

I think cypher is already making adjustments to his bumping practices based on moderator recommendations.
