I make a solo mining with CPU quad core  Smiley
But in the fund/btc market this is less than 0.01 BTC/day
I like it - 3-5 USD per day is also great deal for CPU mining. I use this PC for regular things

Id like to see more action all the way around. More ways to use it, maybe a fork to add PoSv if possible, more people mining it etc. I figured it was virtually dead. I like the logo, the  name, etc. Id hate to see it just dumped and left for dead. It is nice to see that you havent abandoned it. Most devs dump and run after a short time.

What would you like to see of it?

I mean it's only as active as the people using it....

I fired FireFlyCoin back up on P2Pool.org so you can use it as a node or you can mine there.

If you are having troubles connecting to the network run "addnode p2pool.org onetry" in the client console.

This should get you connected.

Trying to solo mine right now, and apparently it was your referral to Cryptsy I used. I could not remember where I first got it until I found your name here now.

Oh sweet, that's pretty cool.

Have you found any blocks yet?

Hi,

i want to see how it works if i generate a block on solo mining, so i try it in this network^^

i mine on windows with the "fireflycoin-qt.exe" cgminer with a 1,6 gh/s miner.

with the following config file:

Code:
rpcuser=ff
rpcpassword=blub
server=1
daemon=1
rpcport=5534
port=5535
addnode=fireflycoin.com
addnode=p2pool.org

after the first night, i take a look in my log file and found this:

Code:
getblocks -1 to 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 limit 500

actually only try. Would have posted whatever it said. ask again later, answer is murky, Yes whatever came up. it's just as approiate no matter what it said

Based on the overwhelming numbers of responses you've gotten, I think it's time to ask the magic 8 ball.

Oh magic 8-ball should Jude do a refresh and try to revive FFC?

Don't argue with the 8 ball

Haha, how many times did you shake it to get that response?

Fine, I will leave FireFlyCoin alone.
