I remember being too excited about it, I watch the market price most of the time and watch my investment go up and down. It's a mixed emotion since I know little about bitcoin during that time and I had to do my own research since I don't know anyone who knows about bitcoin during that time. As time goes by I found a group of people who shares the same interest and that group led me to this forum. Now I share my knowledge about cryptocurrency to those who are interested in it and those who are asking me questions about it.
First time I had Bitcoin that was almost 5 years ago. My mean 2017. At that time I have heard from Google blog. And than at that times I was working on YouTube. And that. When I started Digging Btc than it caught my attention and finally in 2017 I had bought BTC And till now it has changed my life very well.

I started with shitcoins and saw hell before eventually buying bitcoins. If I remember correctly, it wasn't a feeling of excitement I had but that of relief. Relief that I had escape shitcoin hell. The excitement that I had was in seeing my investment 2x at that time and taking profits. The excitement was also in using the profits in getting a laptop computer and some of the other fine things of life. We went all in to altcoin after the etheruem blockchain came onboard and that mark the beginning of my confusion and losing of my entire portfolio, But then after realizing that altcoin were just a total time waiting I redirected my.focus back to Bitcoin and I am doing good now.
First reactions can vary, and unless a person has a recording or a diary entry of it, we can remember it wrong and say something that isn't how it actually happened. I don't have a diary or a recording, so I can't be sure, but I think my reaction was being inquisitive but somewhat sceptical. My first BTC was through a signature campaign, and I didn't understand how the numbers on the screen can really be worth something if you can't have a physical version of them and if tons of people would not accept this as payment. I was wondering why some people do value it and are willing to spend actual money or exchange actual goods for it. I don't think I was excited, but I was perplexed and perhaps amused.
After every process and the said amount of bitcoin was purchased successfully into her account, immediately there was this expression of the feeling of joy the lady expressed with a wide smiles that seem unending and I was amazed at such level of excitement she showed.
The excitement she showed is similar to the excitement that comes with achievements or achieving something that you have planned. The first time I purchased bitcoins was on a Ponzi scheme, I didn't know what it was exactly, but the intention of Ponzi was to make money, so I felt happy that I was making moves. My joy however changed in a few days after all my bitcoins including what I had gotten via crowd funding was gone. The second time I got bitcoins after my first experience, I was happier knowing that I knew better now and my bitcoins were safer. 
What I remember was the first time I bought bitcoin in a not too large amount because I didn't fully understand it and I also felt normal, because there weren't many of them.
So I don't really care about that either.

Me too, I remember the first time I bought bitcoin, and the price of bitcoin was around $300. It wasn't a high price, and I didn't feel special until my bitcoins suddenly almost doubled in value in just a few months. I was really surprised and happy, the feeling at that time was indescribable.

What’s the main reason why you purchased your Bitcoin? Most people usually feels excited because of the possible profit for the future price. I didn’t undergo on this stage because I get my first Bitcoin through faucets and campaigns here. I just have the experience on buying Bitcoin when the P2P on exchange using our local wallet is already available but I’m surprise that you are not excited by the time you are making a not so typical investment of your life.
I believe if I manage to experience purchasing Bitcoin by the time it was not popular. I will be more excited on my first purchase rather than when the price pump because I’m expecting already that the price will grow in the future that’s why I’m investing on it.
Mine was never forgotten because the first few bitcoins I had back then were from faucets and it was hard-earned because I gathered them slowly for about a week. I used them to try trading for the first time and it was an amazing experience that I never forget until now. But the bad thing I did was I migrated the investment to cloud mining and added some money from my pocket which turned out to be the worse experience I had with bitcoins because it became a scam after a few weeks of inputting my money there. Back then I never knew the two were completely different from each other until I learned all the necessary information right here in this community.
There are different feelings when you hold your bitcoins for the first time like some people are happy they have invested in it and will get returns in the future but for some it's financial freedom breaking the central chain of authority and they can spend their funds where it is accepted and can make inter transfer from their wallets to anyone without any third party software.So for me it was mix feeling of happy,joy and excitement and it is still the same now.

Mine was more of excitement as it meant something special to me because it came as a reward for my passion of writing. I did some write up for this site and they could only pay with US account, PayPal or Bitcoin. I didn't have the first two but already knew about Bitcoin so I setup my wallet, got my address and sent it to them. I got my reward with in minutes and it was awesome.
I didn't hold the Bitcoin for long though as I was short on cash and that was the reason behind me enrolling in that particular side hustle. The story would be different today as I'm not selling any Bitcoin that enters my account. I'll be hodling until we get to a new all time high, $100k is my spelling target for some profit.

It is really hard to make money from shitcoins since they have no value at all. I would suggest that you try to reinvest your profit in bitcoin since you could earn more profit from it. Though your choice is to buy laptop accessories, it is not necessary right now. Instead, think more about how you can invest more in bitcoin so that your profit will be doubled. It is also good to buy it again now that the price is so low.

Three weeks later, I lost my phone in a taxi and it was like am in hell because I was scared that I will no longer have access to my investment and that whoever sees my phone might be able to have access to my wallet, I remained sober throughout that day but trying every possibility to get in touch with whoever saw my phone by calling my phone number. At night,I tried the number again and this time a lady picked the call and directed me to her location. I went to see her the next day and she gave me my phone,I was so relieved and happy,immediately I checked my wallet and saw all my btc was intact.

I didn't buy my first sats as it was given to me as my job fee. It was explained only that it was the future of money and blockchain.info wallet was used. I only want to make money at that time but was given me more than enough.
Somehow I also told my sister that BTC is the future of money. And by the time I gave her some BTC, she offer to buy more from me as if her future life depends on it. I eventually told her he can do it on exchanges herself. So far she now blames me for not reminding her to sell when BTC price was higher.

Buying btc is great and buying now that the price is so cheap is the wisest choice, it is a good thing she decided to buy btc during the bear market because most newbies who bought btc during ath are mostly the ones frecking out and panic selling during this period. I would say the best time to talk new people into buying btc is when the price is relatively down. Not everyone can handle such a huge drop in price.
