Yes.
First of all, we do not trade bitcoin, we do not keep bitcoins, the investor even can pay RUR/USD/EUR... and this money will not converted to bitcoin,
so, we just using the blockchain as shareholder registry.
Secondly, all of these laws in Russia against bitcoin is not certain yet...

you'll notice there are no actual investors posting in this thread. why bother. there's nothing to really see or tell until january 2016.
plenty of time to collect little bits of bitcoin from confused dreamers, none of whom can really say anything, then poof
