There are far too many things that ee eat claimed to have antiaging properties, including nuts.
I don't know if that actually can be proven and how it's measured.
However, I think that all nuts are healthy and should be involved in our diet on daily basis but for some there are some restrictions because if you eat too much of them they could even harm you. I think that brasilian nuts are im that category
When it comes to aging, I belieive that the great deal is in our genetics.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
According to dietitians, there are nuts that are anti-aging and keeps you young looking. These nuts are all over the place in our environment but we hardly discover their importance. They are,
Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashews, Brazil Nuts

I miss pecans in that list.

Nuts are also helpful to control type 2 diabetes.

The bad thing about nuts is that they contain carbohydrates and also that it's easy to overdue them. I take them from time to time but they are not part of my daily diet. Fatty meats, eggs and butter are the basis of my diet.

I question if there might be a bit of propaganda going on in these here parts trying to steer folks away from the actual benefits of natural saturated fats and the fats in meats, eggs, bacon etc...  .. sure nothing wrong with a few nuts here and there, but there might be a bit problematic to be eating too many nuts and getting led into beliefs and/or propaganda that   animal fats and proteins are not as good for you when animal fats and proteins might even be better.. yet even that is not clear about the benefits of ruminants over other kinds of animal meats..

Why too much of anything can be very problematic in all ramifications, it is also best we prioritize balance diet as it provides all the energies needed to keep one active for growth and repairs.

I don't buy it.  I think that we could pretty much live fairly well off of only eating meat.. .. or let's say animal products.. and yeah maybe there might be some potential benefits to include a bit of natural carbs in there..... but there is not much need for carbs in your diet, since your body can build carbs from meat and fat...  yet I think all of the essential fats and nutrients would end up coming from merely eating meat.. or the whole animal... which likely is harder to achieve getting nutrients so easily with diets that do not contain animal fats and proteins.. ..

So in other words, there is a lot of more struggle to create diets that won't kill you if you remove animal fats and proteins, and you get a whole hell of a lot more bang for the buck by having animal fats and proteins in your diet.. .. and sure, maybe there could be some helpful nutrients in some of the non-animal foods.. but surely not much of the non-animal foods are likely needed in order to live a healthy life.

In the end, you can do what you like and belief what you like in terms of the supposed benefits of the "balanced diet" bullshit, yet I am not going to buy the claims of balanced diet being something that is necessary to shoot towards achieving, especially when there are frequently misinformation in various assertions about supposed balanced diet, including the biasness of your dumbass article proclaiming that "red meats" are bad for you... What a bunch of bullshit, and I hope that you are not dumb enough to believe that bullshit..  especially when there are all kinds of foods, especially various processed foods that are not likely to be good for you, even though your body can tolerate a large variety of processed foods, but some foods have more nutrients than others, and even some processed meats are likely still pretty damned good for you, including but not limited to bacon.. .. and maybe nuts might fit into a category in which too much might not be good. especially if you were to try to live off of them without getting some meat or other forms of animal protein and/or fat into your diet.

Nuts are great for your heart health.

Nuts are a good source of protein. Most nuts also contain at least some of these heart-healthy substances:

Unsaturated fats. It's not entirely clear why, but it's thought that the "good" fats in nuts — both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats — lower bad cholesterol levels.

Omega-3 fatty acids. Many nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s are healthy fatty acids. They may reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Fiber. All nuts contain fiber, which helps lower cholesterol. Fiber also makes you feel full, so you eat less.

Plant sterols. Some nuts contain plant sterols, a substance that can help lower cholesterol. Plant sterols are often added to products such as margarine and orange juice for additional health benefits, but sterols occur naturally in nuts.

L-arginine. Nuts are also a source of L-arginine. Some research suggests that L-arginine may lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol and improve overall blood vessel health.

Most nuts appear to be generally healthy. But some may have more heart-healthy nutrients than others. For example, walnuts contain high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids.

Almonds, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts and pecans also appear to be quite heart healthy. So are peanuts — though they are technically not a nut, but a legume, like beans.

It's best to choose unsalted or unsweetened nuts. Adding salt or sugar to nuts may cancel out their heart-healthy benefits.

Nuts have always been valued, even when they didn't know they were so good for health - but they also come at a price that is not small. From time to time I buy a mix of nuts that are on sale due to expiration date (50% discount) and eat them before they expire Cheesy What I still love about these mixes is that they often have dried cranberries and raisins which are also very healthy.

Some more foods to consider when it comes to anti-aging and nut advice :
