Yes of course it has slowed down. More people are buying coins and sending them to the wallet to stake, that makes the difficulty go up which means less stakes for the rest of us.

The charts are healthy because everyone is starting to realize that alts are a long term investment, and is now getting much more attention. No need to sell this early and so many people missed out on the ico they seem to be tripping over each-other to get some floz.
